    William came out today to check on our AC system that was not cooling and helped change the capacitor and provided excellent service and feedback on the system! Use this business to get your heat and cooling systems checked in the spring and fall and this is a way better option than the other technician from a different company that wanted to replace the entire system!

    My 2019 AC system was shutting down once temperature outside rose above 70°. A friend referred me to Paris AC, but after 4 visits, they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. I was frustrated and didnt know who to call. A family member suggested I start fresh and call a new vendor. I was hesitant. I was already out $700 to Paris AC and was afraid to take another chance with someone new. I prayed about it and did an internet search of area vendors. The name, Way Maker Air & Heat caught my eye. They had really great ratings. The next day while driving to Paris, a Way Maker Air & Heat truck pulled out a few cars ahead of me. That was enough of a sign for me! I called Way Maker -Travis returned my call and said hed be there in half an hour! I found Travis to be courteous, professional and very knowledgeable at his trade. Within the hour, Travis had diagnosed the issue in my condenser and the issue with the air handler in attic space. Not only did he find the problem, but he took the time to explain the problem using medical analogies. I work in healthcare, so I appreciated him breaking it down in terms i understood. Travis also taught us some preventative maintenance that will help prolong the life of our system. I have not had a problem with my AC since calling Way Maker. Travis does not gouge his customers ... his pricing is fair. I highly recommend Way Maker Air & Heat!5☆☆☆☆☆

    I highly recommend Travis and his team! We bought a house where one of the three heating/AC units needed replaced and two of the units needed repairs, and Commercial Air did the work quickly, efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. They also took a lot of time explaining the issues to us and educating us on how to properly operate and maintain our equipment. They were friendly and honest, and we are incredibly pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

    Travis was amazing in getting our air conditioner up and running! He was polite, respectful and very fairly priced. He even gave me some preventative maintenance that I can do to keep our unit running longer.     Our entire hvac system failed and had to be replaced due to the previous owner jerry-rigging and welding different parts together unbeknownst to us until it was to late.Our service technician William was very responsive and on time and we appreciated his candor and transparent honesty.We spoke with the owner Travis, again our experience was honest communication and efforts to find a solution for us and making the best of the situation with what we felt comfortable doing.These are rare qualities we have experienced since moving to this area for service related help.Keep up the good work ethic guys, it shows!

    Commercial Air is a professional, quality company. They replaced my entire outdated air conditioning system. They did the work quickly, professional and left no mess behind. The ac they installed is brilliant. I have stayed cool all summer and my electric bill dropped (like a brick..down $200+ per month). I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

    This was our first time to use them. They showed up fairly quick to address our problem (given the fact that everybody is very busy now). They handled all our warranty work issues (even though we didnt buy the unit from them). Thats professionalism at its best. The work was done efficiently and without any mess left behind. Their pricing structure is suitable for people on a modest budget. Dont waste your time calling the rest, just call them and sit back and relax. They will do the rest.

    Once again Commercial Air has come to our rescue! Our air conditioner was not working as well as it had in the past so I called around 8:15 on a Monday morning & immediately got an answer from Travis. He was on his way to another call but assured us he would be there that morning. One & one half hour after my call he arrived & promptly went to work. Not only did he & his assistant Bobby add Freon to the system but they also cleaned the outside coils & cleaned the inside fan and motor that had been making noise. Just a little more than an hour & a half later our system was up & running as good as new & the noise from the fan had stopped! I especially appreciate the prompt service & the professional manner they displayed in taking care of our air conditioning needs. I highly recommend Commercial Air to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service!Dave Hammond

    Excellent service and very personable. My air went out on Tuesday afternoon. I called after hours and didn’t expect a call until the next business day. Travis called that evening and by 11:30 the next day I had nice cold air in my home! He actually showed me a few things I needed to do to keep my unit fresh and clean that no one ever showed me. I highly recommend Commercial Air. You will be glad you did!

    Having lived in Paris for 5-1/2 years now, I have had to have companies come to our house and do things. I can only say that I have not had much luck, even after asking for references. Maybe its just my bad luck, but, I know its not. I would go as far to say that I had actual really bad luck on service workers.On a Friday (its always a Friday when things break!) our ac/heater went out and I was once again on the look for a GOOD company that you could trust, my last one was a pretty bad experience, so I didnt want to chance that. I checked around and read reviews and saw that Commercial Air had some really good reviews, so I took a chance, and I am glad that I did too.I left a message for Travis and his wife Misty contacted me later that day to let me know when they would call. Travis did call me exactly when he said he would and I told him the particulars, and since I was not in a hurry I said when I would like him to come, which was a few days later, my choice.We made an appointment for Tuesday at 8:30am and he was there on time.He came in and went right to work, listening to what I had to say about the problem, and within 10 minutes, or less, he had found the problem and explained in detail, and showed me what had happened.He told me that the part was under warranty and I wouldnt be charged for that, only the labor and call, which is normal.Also, he explained a few things that would be beneficial for me in the future, like saving money. He didnt have the part in his truck, and said that he would have to go and get it, but, he was back in about 15 minutes or so, and I can sure understand that a company cant always have the part you may need on the truck.The part was installed in just a few minutes, and he turned it on and told me a few more helpful tips while we waited to see if the heat was working, and, it was.So, my fears of getting a company that say they will be there, and never show, or getting a possibly incompetent person was laid to rest, Travis did what he said, and, at a really fair price, I figured that he wouldnt try to overcharge due to the other reviews.We were happy with the work and the price, and, now, best of all, we have a dependable person that knows what he is doing on heating and air-conditioning. Here in Paris, I always have a really bad time finding a decent person that does decent work.If you need any work done on your ac/heating, really and truly, this is the company that you should call, quick, inexpensive, knowledgeable, and friendly too, hes a very nice guy!You wont regret your decision, chalk one up for one of the good guys.

    Last year we purchased a much older home in Ivanhoe, TX and contacted Travis at Commercial Air to inspect the unit. He was prompt in scheduling an appointment and was honest with us regarding the unit being fine and only needing some basic maintenance at the time. When we decided to do some remodeling on this home, again we contacted Travis. He didnt try to charge us for anything that we didnt need. We had wanted some different things done with the vents and ductwork, but he said that what was there was in great shape and spending the extra money wasnt really necessary. We truly appreciate his friendly and professional manner coupled with his honesty and prompt response. Travis and Commercial Air will continue to be our HVAC company for years to come.

    My wife called and left a message because our a/c wasnt blowing cold. Within the hour William called and set up a time to come. When he came in, looked at the inside unit after asking a few questions and knew exactly what it was. After about 15 minutes he had our air blasting cold again. He also gave us a few suggestions to help us out with basic maintenance. We will definitely be using them again when needed, because they are also friendly on your pocketbook. Oh yeah, other companies that she called said they were not accepting any new customers, so with that being said, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CALL ANYONE ELSE.

    We recently purchased a home in Ivanhoe, TX and contacted Commerical Air in Paris, TX to come evaluate and service our HVAC. Our technician initially was Travis that evaluated the system and determined what needed to be repaired. He made sure to leave us with air until he could get the parts to repair the system. In less than a week, we were contacted that the parts were in and had our repair scheduled. Travis and Bobby worked on our equipment and we were extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and upfront honesty. They gave us a quote for known service as well as possible repairs and were upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed and didnt try to charge us for unnecessary repairs.     My HVAC stopped working over the weekend huh 30 degree weather HORRIBLE! I found these guys on the internet. They help me right away from time he answered the phone ON THE WEEKEND.This man was so easy to talk to he ask simple questions, that I could answer to help him understand what I was experiencing. Iam a mother of four I can not tell you much about an HVAC but, he was patient with me. He was very caring and he called someone right away. They came fixed the problem with a smile on their face the whole time. I recommend them to all! Most places are closed on the weekend so when an emergency happen theres no one to call. NOT COMMERCIAL!! They have a cell phone with someone awaiting to help you!!
