This is the second time Ive had a great experience. The first time was 3 years ago. Our outside unit went out and the tech was quick to pinpoint a burned out capacitor. The second time was recently. I had them do a second opinion after our attic unit froze up. I was told by another company that the system had a coolant leak and that I needed a new unit, and because mine was old and it was more efficient to replace both units. He spent about 2 minutes in the attic, come down and told me the news, then proceeded to give me options and pricing for a new unit. Ruben, after spending about the same amount of time in the attic, said that there was not a leak, and that he was going to do a pressure check to confirm. After more professional troubleshooting than the first guy, he found the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Ruben!

These guys are amazing! Gotta love, Phil when it comes to HVAC work. And my boy Cameron is always hooking me up with some great electricians. I have been using these guys for the last year and would definitely recommend them. They have super exceeded all my expectations! If I can only talk them into plumbing, They would be my one shop stop!

They have done a number of jobs for us over the last 10-12 years and they are ALWAYS kind, courteous and very quick to respond both on the phone and showing up (on time!) for a job. Add in the honest and fair pricing, we will always call Waller County Electric for our electric needs!

Some people are not aware that Waller County Electric, service AC units. They are quick to respond with professional service technicians, who will diagnose the problem, go over the diagnoses and give you the options. They have never tried to sell me something that I did not need, no high-pressure sales pitch to replace a new unit. In my scenario the part I needed was on backorder, JR was quick to come up with a solution and get our AC unit working before sundown, without having to sell a kidney. I highly recommend anyone to call WCE, if they are having AC issues.

I called WCE on Monday morning after my AC went out over the weekend and it was 101 degrees. They were there by 2 and had it fixed by 3. I would highly recommend them. I know others who have had similar experiences.

Very professional. A/C not working and called them. Last time I used WCE was 2012. They came out and took,great care of me. I needed complete a/C and furnace. Came out next day and Frankie , George and Carlos removed and installed new equipment. Great folks. Very helpful and informative on what They Were doing and what the did. I will only call them going forward.,whom ever I called in 2015 screwed everything up. WCE got me straight. Thanks folks. Phillip I appreciate sending a great crew out to,fix me up.
