Both Kyle and Josh we’re on time, polite, hard workers that cared about the appearance of their work. I worked in the trades before I retired and so I feel I am a good judge of quality work. The unit they installed was a good quality unit and the piping they did was spot on. When they left they cleaned up very well and even locked up for me. I couldn’t ask for a better team to install my tankless. -

TC did a thorough job checking the air conditioning unit, inside and out, so that it would be ready for summer. He checked the electricals as well as all the functioning parts, described completely possible services I could have with Voss, and let me know what might need repair in the next year.I was very satisfied.In late October 2016 Bob C did a great job inspecting the furnace to prepare for the winter. He replaced the odor block, said that I did not need a new filter, and pronounced everything in good shape. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied. -
