Once again VIP has come to our rescue on the hottest days this year. Our AC quit cooling and I called them on Sunday. I quickly received a call from Steve and explained the issue. He said his first available was Monday at 10am. Which we were fine with as we had a couple of window units to get us by. Monday morning we got a call from Dennis asking if he could come earlier. He was here looked at the outside unit and had it fixed in less than an hour. It’s working great!! We’ve had issues in the past and they got it fixed for us. They are great at diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Thanks again!!

VIP has been servicing my residential heating and AC for years. They kept it alive and running when I knew there was a slow leak, but couldn’t afford to fix it. They advised me when it would likely need to be replaced and when that time came they did excellent quick work. I could not recommend them more!!

VIP is the best! They fix your problem heat or cold. VIP has serviced my home and business for the last 20 years. Only had to change one outside unit in all that time. They keep the other old unit working. When VIP says it needs to be replaced you can be sure and know that it needs to be replaced! No pushy hard salesman to fight off!! No fancy television ads! No fancy jingles! Just honesty and integrity….. which is hard to find in this industry!

He takes time to explain exactly what the problem is so you can make the right decision depending on the situation. Overall a great family-owned business!
