I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I first had a company in Comfort, TX come out when my a/c stopped cooling. They told me it was 40 years old and needed replacing, without even looking at the unit. I then called Viking Climate Control, and Rudy came out. He diagnosed the problem (fan motor out), said the unit was only 15 years old, and came back the next day with the part, fixed it, cleaned my condenser, checked everything else out, and now we are cool and comfortable again! Rudy was so professional and kind, and they saved us over $10,000 for a new unit. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

I’ve been through several local companies. One improperly installed my unit and flooded my house, then refused to pay for the damages. I won’t use anyone but Viking. They are honest, reliable, competent, and will make it a priority to come out to your house if you are out of AC. And I live way far out of town. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are old fashioned service meets modern technology at reasonable prices. And mainly, they’re honest.

Amazing service! Robert was very thorough and focused on fixing my A/C instead of replacing very expensive parts. He showed me what he was doing and what he saw, then explained my options. He even replaced my thermostat while there, and that wasn’t on the work order. He was very respectful of my space, and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. It’s been over a week now and it feels like we have a NEW A/C… I was a little worried about the bill after all the time and work he did, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Very fair, and now I have a go-to trustworthy A/C company!

We had an issue on a Fri afternoon with a/c unit not working. Viking Climate control came out shortly after contacting and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. The owner Robert drove into San Antonio to pick up necessary part and had us up and running within a few hours. Great service, professional, priced fairly, and went over and beyond to get us back in service same day. Viking Climate Control is at the top of our list.

VCC provided amazing service today. I expressed my concerns and within 2 hours they were at my house! They were able to answer all my questions and show me the problem areas. I was given a breakdown, including pictures, of what was going on with my AC unit. They gave me a diagnosis and offered a solution right then. From the time I presented my issues and until after my service was completed, communication was incredibly efficient and fast.

Kristie is quick, helpful, and communicative. Robert is capable, honest, and professional. They are the best a/c team I have dealt with in the Boerne/San Antonio area! Robert takes notes and then a full and thorough report is generated by Kristie of: issues found, parts replaced, services rendered, and suggestions/necessities (with quotes when appropriate) for the future.We are very happy with the services they provide for our company and are eager to sign up on a maintenance contract with them at our home, too, as we plane to use them for our business, rental properties, and residence from here on out.

Reliable, honest service. I thought I needed a completely new system when I called, but when Robert came out he said I just needed refrigerant and did not try to upsale anything. I love this company!
