    Veteran Air installed a new HVAC system. They sent a knowledgeable team to do the install and completed the install that day. They had to come back the next day to make some changes to the wiring to get the heat working properly. A manager came over to be sure I was happy with the final install. Very happy with their work.

    Veterans Air responded within the same day I called. A tech, Isidore, came earlier than expected. After a thorough inspection, he made his recommendation. We agreed and the work starts the next day. They say the job will be done within 4-6 hours. Iā€™ve had other AC companies, but none have been as quick, professional, and efficient as Veterans Air.

    I originally contacted Veteran Air when my heat pump stopped cooling. The technician arrived on time, was respectful of my property, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on the truck and completed the repair quickly. I opted to sign up for the annual maintenance program, which saved me money on the job. Veteran Air was back today to check the system before winter, and I received the same quality service. I recommend Veteran Air.

    Cisco and Jonathan came out and installed a new unit for me. They were very polite and did a great job. They explained everything regarding how to work the new unit. They even replaced my old ā€œyellow with ageā€ vents. They cleaned their work areas inside the house and in the yard. From the first call to schedule the appointment to the finished product has been great. Everyone is very friendly. My unit was over 22 years old and I knew it was just a matter of time before it completely quit working. They never pressured me when it came to the options to replace. They were affordable. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    We needed help right away with a concern we had with our heating unit in the attic. Veteran Air sent out a technician right away and he worked on finding the source of the problem.     I STRONGLY recommend Veteran air for AC work. My technician Matthew came to my house on time as promised! Fixed what NEEDED to be fixed and got my system up and running. Previous min quote from another vendor was $13,000 and for all bells and whistles $24,000. Matthew resolved my issue for $900. Watch who you deal with out there! Not everyone has your best interest in mind!

    This company was a true blessing from the first Technician, all the way up, from everyone that was involved in the sale, purchase, & installation of our brand new Air Condition unit!!     When Matthew came out for winter check, I had ask about duct cleaning. He told me they had a device call Air Scrapper. Explained how it connected right to the inside unit and would clean the air. Also how changing filter every couple of weeks then back to changing monthly. Very nice,explained and answered any questions. The company from talking to the lady that answered the phone to the time Matthew completed the job, my experience was above any other. Thank you Veteran Air employees! šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘

    Ashley took my call for an Ac inspect visit at my familyā€™s home my mom needed a New Ac Darren was sent to see what we needed immediately. Darren was very professional kind and explained what we needed and gave a great price. And we got our Ac installed 2 days later it gave us time to prep and cover furniture etc. The staff was scheduled immediately and installed in one day the staff was clean caring and courteous they prevented any mess and cleaned up as they worked and cleaned afterwards too.Ac staff explained each of the products and process and made us feel super comfortable this all was done professionally and it shows!Thank you Ashley Lisa Darren bothJonathanā€™s and Ethan, Narciso and Isaac.And all managers and company of Veterans Air.I highly recommend Veteran Air!

    I wish there was 6 stars because that what the technician earned!! Way back when, they serviced my a.c. and the drain pan was cracked which caused a water leak. Veteran Air did everything to replace or fabricate another drain pan. Manufacturers suck because they make the pans out of a material that cannot be fabricated. They did not even have a replacement pan as they were on back order and it was over a year and still no replacement pan. I had to drain the water from a bowl for awhile myself. Finally, Veterans Air decided that since nothing could be fabricated and the manufacturer did not offer a replacement. They decided to replace my entire air handler and I was not charged. Veteran Air sent their best man, Ryan Elwell to replace my system including a new drain pan. Mr. Elwell did an excellent job, super professional. He did all of this by himself in record time. My system runs great with no issues. Veteran Air went out of their way to make it right. I am a retired veteran and they kept their word. They put customer fjrst!! I appreciate them very much and I will recommend them to anyone!! Lisa in the main office was also very professional and always courteous! Thank you Veteran Air!!

    Called to get a maintenance program started on my 4 year old ac unit. After calling many companies I came to select Veteran Air. So today they came and did their first maintenance. Isidro as our maintenance man to come out. After inspection of the unit in the attic, he continued to clean and check all the voltage and pressure and refrigerant and clean the outside coils. Great person to talk to also. Great job. I will recommend them. Thank you

    We are customers for life! We moved into our home 1 year ago and our A/C has needed to be reset 2 or 3 times since moving in. We know itā€™s not a major fix itā€™s something really simple. Typically we put in a claim with our home warranty and itā€™s done in the matter of minutes. Recently our A/C went out and my husband and I tried to reset it on our own- which we were unsuccessful. We attempted to put in a claim with our home warranty but the service was going to take 2 days to have a technician come out. I called Veteran Air because we have seen them sponsor events in the neighborhood and with our childrenā€™s school. Ashley was wonderful! She was so helpful and she was able to schedule a technician out that same day. They waived the consult fee because we are residents of Garden Ridge and this was our first service call! How very thoughtful and what a wonderful start. Andrew, the technician should up on time and got to work right away diagnosing the issue. He said my husband and I were so close to finishing the job we neglected one simple last step. He completed that last step and the system turned on immediately! He was there for maybe 10min and didnā€™t even charge us for the service! He walked my husband through the proper channels of being able to reset the unit incase this does it again. We were very impressed with Andrew, Ashley and Veteran Air! We will definitely be using them again. So glad to support a business that gives back to our community, is knowledgeable and customer service focused!

    Narciso was our tech today who came to repair a whole in one of our AC lines. From the beginning he was amazing. He explained to us that he would be spending some time with us to ensure that the small hole in our AC line would be repaired and that he would have to recharge our system. Each step of the way he explained what he was doing and kept asking if we had any questions. Before he left he explained a few things to help us operate our system more efficiently. He took care of everything that I needed and asked him for. I could not ask for a nicer person. I enjoyed our visit, he showed me the repair and asked me to call if I saw any more or other leaks, which we did not after checking everything.     Met this professional company at the New Braunfels Home & Garden show. I originally was going to use another company for my maintenance plan, but after talking with Veteran Air at their booth, I was very impressed.     Thank you for responding to my problem as quickly as you did. It was already 85ā° when I returned home at 1. Your man got here an hour earlier than the time quoted. He spent an hour and a half trouble shooting the system. Found the problem and fixed it. My trailer is still cooling down and it should shut off here in about an hour. Ill sleep ok tonight.     Veteran Air is the only option for us. I saw one of their trucks around San Antonio and decided to research their prices and services. Honestly, best decision we made. They really care about providing superior customer service. The technicians and support staff listen to your HVAC issues and donā€™t dismiss your concerns.Our technician is Andrew and he is fantastic! From the first visit, Andrew made it very clear he values building a relationship with his customers.     They were professional and answered all my questions. The provided portable air conditioners until my unit was installed. They worked 10 hours until the AC/Furnace was installed.     Hands down still the best in town! Kevin Oaks was on the scene today, and he is a straight up gentleman with a sense of urgency. Kevin shook my hand and went straight to business. Since I was on the maintenance plan (yes it pays to do the maintenance plan), I didnt spend an additional dime for todays service (already paid in advance)! Kevin arrived on time and completed the maintenance within 30 mins!He was even kind enough to change the air filter since I had another one lying around.     Iā€™ve been a customer for veteran air for two years. Always top notch experience from customer service to the technicians.Update. Winter time came, hvac unit had an issue with the outside unit. I called them up late Wednesday evening. They prioritize me as a customer first thing in the morning. Thatā€™s what i call customer service and the technician/expert Andrew was knowledgeable of what tends to happen with unit. He didnā€™t take much time to get the hvac unit up and running.

    Another company gave us the bad news that our ac needed to be replaced and couldnt be repaired. When I called and spoke to Chad I knew this was the right company. He explained all of our options and the pros and cons of each one.The service was excellent from the start and Chad was there to help every step. When Jonathan and Narciso came to install our new system they were very respectful of our property and did a great job. Missy followed up with us while they were still working on it to make sure everything was going smoothly. They gave us a great price too. I dont give out many 5 star reviews but they certainly earned it!

    I called Veteran Air when our 14 year old unit bit the dust a few days before Memorial Day. Andrew came out and confirmed what we already pretty much knew that we needed a new unit. Then Darren the project manager came out to discuss our options. Darren spent a lot of time with us and answered all of the questions we had. The work couldnā€™t be done till after Memorial Day (which is what we expected) but Darren brought us 2 portable AC units to hold us over until they could come on Tuesday to put in our new AC. Tuesday morning, Jonathan and Ethan came to put in our unit. They worked ALL day in a very hot attic and got our new unit up and running. Iā€™ve had many technicians come over during my course of living in my old home and they have done an excellent job helping me to get the best air conditioning and moneys worth. The technicians really do their best with everything they have to make sure everything is working well and work so future accidents/ mishaps occur. They keep in contact with their clients and work with what you can. They wonā€™t try to force or threaten you with what you really need. Some shout outs to Lisa the person I spoke with to make phone calls to make appointments she was so sweet and helpful (real mvp here), Chad who helped me with the quotes; who showed me a list of options and pros/ details of each option to feel me comfortable with what I would be receiving. Jose who first came over and did the best he could with my AC that was in its last hair (recommended what settings to put my thermostat at to get best restyles as well as maintenance for the outdoor unit), Andrew who came over for our first maintenance with veteran air and also introduced us to Chad to get a better system he was very nice and explained well in detail what was going on with our old ac unit and what to watch out for, and last but not least Andrew and his team! They came in to install the new unit and they were amazing. They completed everything in one day, worked hard and really made sure nothing would be wrong with the new unit. The team was very meticulous about every single detail, explaining along the way what they were doing, showed us of course how the new system worked (summer AND winter). He was able to get someone out to my residence that afternoon-thank you Lisa!! The tech was also the Service Manager, Ryan. He was on-time and explained the entire process to me as he diagnosed the issue. He was professional cordial. He also loved our town! I felt like family and not like just a customer. I would say they care about building relationships and the quality of what they do. No big pressure pitch or sales-but the maintenance plan made perfect sense and value-so I did it!     Where do I even begin. Iā€™m sure anyone would agree that having your AC go out in the middle of August in TX is not ideal, but thatā€™s what happened. I called Veteran Air at the end of the business day, which did not deter them from coming to my aide. Ashley is amazing- so kind and professional. I met Darren, who went out of his way to explain my options in such thorough detail. He was obviously very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. VA even provided us with a freezing cold portable unit for comfort while the work was being done. VA texts an ETA when the person is on their way to your house, with a picture of who you are about to meet! I just canā€™t say enough about Jason. He taught me how to use my new fancy thermostat, and even stayed an hour to ensure my system was working. I had an entire crew working in my attic and on the side of my house, and every single worker was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I ended up needing electrical work because of my pool, and the supervisor on call went out of his way to assist me, along with Darren, who took time to explain in detail what was going on with the wiring.     My A/C was a little bit old even though its not giving me a headache yet but I decided to replace with a new one so I called 3 contractor to give me a price quote for the whole system the 2 contractor that I called earlier their price for the whole system are fair but when Darren from Veterans Air came over and explain it to me everything I was impressed even though the price for the whole system was a little bit higher than the 2 contractor I called earlier I decided to go with the Veterans Air service the reason is they have a really good reviews after I sign the contract the next day Jason and Jonathan came over and removed and replaced the old one with a new system. They are really good I was impressed how they work I thought it will take them the whole day but it didnt take that long to replace the whole system and after they are done and checked everything to make it sure the whole system is working and everything works no glitch whatsoever I will give them 5 star rating. Thank you Veterans Air you made my life easier.

    I woke up to my air conditioner not working. I called 7 different repair companies at 6:45 am on a Saturday. Veteran air called me back at 7:12 am, less than 30 minutes after I called them. She told me the technician was already enroute to their first call but could come by next at 10:45 am. He arrived at 10:40 am and had my AC diagnosed, replaced the part which he had on his truck, and running in less than 30 minutes. They responded quickly, specifically for a Saturday morning, the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. All for a reasonable price. I couldnt ask for anything more.

    My house is seven years old and the A/C stopped working on the second floor. I contacted Veteran Air for service and they scheduled me very quickly. One of their technicians [Andrew] showed up Monday morning and made some adjustments to the components in the attic and got my system working again. He swapped out a wiring console on the compressor outside as well.Based on Andrewā€™s recommendation, I went ahead and signed up for a routine maintenance plan. Hopefully, I wonā€™t have any other problems, with Veteran Air monitoring my system from now on.

    I love Veteran Air so much! Pricier than I expected, but so far worth every penny just in peace of mind knowing they are honest, total pros, military veterans, and unbelievably customer focused. After they moved heaven and earth to do a same-day install of whole new split HVAC last year (new system is amazingly quiet and efficient) Todd went out of his way to get me awesome portable cooling units to use until he can replace a faulty board on the outside unit, only wish they could verify correct parts from warehouse before shipping as wrong part delivered meant extra long time w/o my a/c and 2x electricity use w/ those portables. That said, they have absolutely A+ customer focus. Canā€™t recommend Veteran Air enough!

    Excellent service starting from the phone call to schedule the appointment and ending when they left my house, giving me a greater knowledge on what was going on with my system.I will be having a new 2 stage system installed this Spring, and Veteran Air will get that job for sure!Edit (6/23/23): Finally had a new AC installed through Veteran Air. There where a few hiccups, but I expected it on a job that big. Everyone I talked to on the phone and those that came to my house for the different areas of the install where all great. When spending that much money I can be grumpy and a pain to work with, but they did it graciously and professionally...especially Lisa who had to take all my phone calls!The new system runs great, is quiet and our house stays at a brisk 71 degrees at all times now, even during the hottest part of the day!

    Our technician Isaac came out 30 minutes early which was great because the humidity was 93% this morning & he got to WORK!! He inspected the system, tested, & cleaned out the outside unit, answered ALL my questions & gave advice for future use.Could NOT have had a better experienceā€¦.. update: system was not working & had to recall technician to return: thermostat was not communicating, tech finally found problem, a loose wire that was not loose the 1st time out

I know that if Iā€™m ever in need with my HVAC system, they will be my first call.My heating went out on the morning of the 23rd, rental company did not respond to the maintenance request at all and it was getting dark. I called Veteran Air because I, myself, am military and wanted to support their business. Jeff, who I spoke to at 8pm, told me that they would send someone out in the morning. Really great service, well informed, awesome response time. It was Christmas Eve and they still sent someone out. Thanks Todd for being there and responding to the call. It means a lot.

    Our AC went out at 4:30 p.m. because our thermostat lost power. I called Veteran Air at 4:50. Jeff quickly called me back (before I could even leave a message) and was able to work us in at around 9 p.m. that same night. They sent a text with a picture of the tech, Todd, to let me know Todd was en route. Then Todd called me with an estimated time of arrival. He showed up when he said he would and didnā€™t charge an ā€œemergencyā€ fee or try to sell me anything extra. Todd, was very friendly and helpful. He was working late and did not complain about being out late and provided impeccable service. He took the time to put on shoe protectors each time he came in and took them off when he walked outside. Veteran Air will definitely be our first call for any future HVAC issues! Thank you for helping us out tonightā€¦we appreciate it!
