We met Vega 2 month ago to remove 2 big commercial cooler & all the duct connected to the cooler on the roof of the big store(3700sf) at reasonable price.They sent 3 people & Crane to remove everything clearly in 5 hours.They did good job. I was satisfied.10 days ago,We asked Vega again to repair or replace a swamp cooler which has not been used for the last 2 or 3 years.Last Monday, they sent a technician(Eric) to check the cooler & advise me not to install the new one but replace some parts such as bearing etc. to save much money.Eric is really one of the best technicians & he also has good personality.Cooler is running perfect now.In a words,We can not thank Vega too much.

Your tech was great.You need to look into a new supplier as the unit per your service person was $400+. I can purchase for $290. 1 hour service $265 + $65 service call + motor $390.($100 profit on motor)= $720. Extraordinary profit for your company. Even if you pay you techs $100 per job.

Same day appt (AC wasn’t working during summer heat) and it was very uncomfortable and dangerous for those in the home. Jordan spoke Spanish which was very appreciated due to difficulty with the English language. He quickly found what was wrong and fixed it. All less than an hour. Definitely recommend Vega Air!

Our AC went out last Thursday afternoon we called advanced Air as we have our unit through them. They came out Friday and charged us about almost 600 just for them to find a leak! They wanted another 4200 to fix the issue. We contacted Vega to get a 2nd opinion and from the start the customer service was amazing. The lady was shocked that we were charged almost 600 just to find the leak that she waved the fee for them to come see the issue. Jordan came out and looked at the issue and said it was repairable. They definitely saved us a lot of money and fixed the problem! We highly recommend them for all your AC needs!

Jordan came to my home on Thursday last week to see about fixing my furnace. He called me and advised that he was in the area and wondered if I was available. I was not, I was just getting ready to be off work and head home. Since it was the end of the day and he didn’t have any other customers for the day, he offered to wait at my home until I arrived. On the way home I hit some traffic and he ended up waiting a lot longer than expected. Jordan didn’t rush me or call me at all. He just patiently waited.Once I got home I showed him to the furnace. He got right to work. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of looking at the unit. It needed a specific part that he did not have in stock. He had the work approved through home warranty company, part ordered and received, and next appointment scheduled all by Monday afternoon. He stayed and answered all my questions about the furnace and didn’t rush me at all. We just purchased the home a couple months ago and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my knowledge of the furnace.On Wednesday, Jared came out and installed the new part and did a full inspection on our unit. He made adjustments to prevent premature failure to the new part. He recommended additional cleaning to specific parts of the unit. This was expected, the furnace is older and we did not know how well the previous homeowner took care of the unit. Again, Jared answered all my questions and went in depth on the issues that caused premature failure and advised how to go about permanent corrections.This is the first time that I used Vega air and I can 100% say that they have gained a loyal customer. The customer service and timeliness that Vega air offers has definitely met all of my expectations. I absolutely 100% recommend Vega air.

Called Vega Air at 4:15 pm on a Friday. I was afraid it was too late in the day to get our AC looked at. Tiffany was very helpful. A fan blade had broken off, and they were able to find a used fan to replace the damaged fan. Jared the Tech got to the house by 5:15 and had our AC up and running in no time. Both Tiffany and Jared were professional and personable. They really bent over backwards to help us out. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again. In fact, I already did! My brother needed someone for his AC and I sent him Vega Airs info.

I cant speak highly enough of Vega Air and their great employees. Our air conditioner was not functioning after we moved in our home and our warranty company got us in touch with Vega Air. They were extremely professional, responsive to our questions, and did what they could to make sure we were comfortable in our home without air conditioning for about a week. They even text us on the weekends to ensure we were doing okay. They continued communication after our repair was complete to make sure everything was still working properly. Had a new hvac system installed by them. Jordan came out and thourghouly inspected the existing system and even recommended a few simple fixes that would help improve comfort. His quote came in a a reasonable price compared to other local companies. His team was very knowledgeable and quick with install. The only issue I had with them was lack of communication once I accepted the proposal and getting updates on when the system would be in, etc. However this was always remedied by a quick call to their office.
