I recently had an outstanding experience with Van Damme Heating and Cooling. My parents live next door in a house I own, and their air conditioner had been acting up. After bad experiences with other companies over the years, my wife found Van Damme Heating and Cooling online, and I am very glad she did.The owner, Mr. Van Damme, called me the evening we reached out and promised to come by the next morning. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got the old unit working again to keep my parents comfortable during the hot September days. He went the extra mile without pushing for a replacement but mentioned the unit might not last much longer.At my request, he provided a quote for a new unit. A few days later, he replaced both the inside and outside units with exceptional attention to detail.Van Damme is a small, local business owned and operated by Mr. Van Damme himself. Hes incredibly professional and friendly. I highly recommend Van Damme Heating and Cooling, whether youre repairing an existing unit or installing a new one. Im so impressed with his work that Im having him quote a new installation for a small house were building for my son.

Mr. Van Damme is a thoughtful courteous professional! We needed a pre-winter inspection before the first freeze and in preparation for selling our home. He arrived right on time and was ready to work as soon as he got out of his truck. First, he explained each phase of the inspection, testing, cleaning, heating and electrical then got right to work. He was patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He respected our home and left his work areas clean. Ben clearly loves his profession and his business! I highly recommend Ben VanDamme for all of your heat and AC needs. Before I knew about Ben I had a company come out and charge an exorbitant amount to basically do nothing—they would not even touch 2 of my 3 AC units. Ben came out and immediately knew what to do and was excellent on pricing. He was respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will not be using anyone else for my AC and heating needs. Ben is a thoughtful and patient technician who very obviously takes pride in a job well done. Having had plenty of experience with trade businesses where it felt like the goal was to slap things together and get done and take the money and run….I had nearly given up on ever having a tradesman I could trust, until I met Ben. I handed out so many of his cards I had to ask for more.I just wish he had clones that did electrical….plumbing….roofing…etc.This is a 6-star review, from a guy that doesn’t often do reviews.

Ben is so friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. We had problems with lint buildup from our dryer. Ours is on top of our roof snd not easy to get too. This type can be a fire hazard, if not cleaned out yearly or so. We are now a full time customer of this company and will be using his service contract for all our HAVAC future services.
