I cant speak highly enough about Kyle and HMFIC at Urban Air and Heat. From start to finish, Kyle was genuine, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, ensuring everything was handled with care and precision. His punctuality and reliability gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend him, and will gladly do so again and again. You wont find a better professional!

TLDR - I will start with before I committed to using Kyle I was skeptical as he didnt have a lot of reviews. Please read this detailed review and I hope it helps you make your decision because going with Kyle was the best home improvement decision I have made in years.The Details - I have had to work with a few AC people over the years having a 25 year old AC at my house and a old AC at my condo that is miles from my house. I can say hands down that Kyle and Urban Air & Heat are by far the best company I have worked with in my time. Kyle was firstly able to get to my condo when I needed a quick assessment without me having to come meet him which saved me a ton of time. He didnt charge to check it out and then the quote and advice he gave me was by far the best I had seen. I decided to have him install me a new system because it was not recoverable and he was able to get the parts and install done very fast when others would not even be able to work on the system because it was so complex (a geothermal system). Install was done with zero issues and making sure I had pictures and an easy process to register them for extra warranty was a bonus.He then came to my house in Austin to check out my old unit we knew we needed to replace, we ended up upgrading it to a bigger unit at no extra costs and again the install was so fast and easy even though he had to run new lines down to the outside unit from the attic. Kyle was on every job that was done for me and was meticulous in checking in on his team, getting into the attic to ensure everything was being done right and I have peace of mind that if ever I need him he is a quick text away because he is always so responsive.I am already recommending him to my friends so if you want a good local business owner who is responsive, does not try to rip you off and tell you things you dont need doing and genuinely takes care of his customers Kyle is your guy!!Note I was not paid or provided any discounts for this review and I dont typically write them but Kyle has impressed me with his customer service and I wanted others to know.

I was referred to Kyle with Urban Air from neighbors that also used his services and all had great things to say. My AC went out on a Friday and it was getting toasty in the house! I wasnt sure if anyone would come out before the weekend but Kyle was there within an hr and fixed the problem quick and efficiently. Great customer service and fair pricing. I definitely recommend them for any of your AC needs!

Kyle at Urban Air & Heat is absolutely amazing! He is timely on his service appointments and made sure our unit was running properly. One night, we came home to a hot house. I made a call to Kyle, he basically diagnosed it over the phone and was there to fix it within the hour! We were cooling down in no time. Urban Air and Heat will have our business from now on.

On short notice. After calling a few “known names” in the AC/heat business w/ no luck. I decided to do a local Lago Vista search and I found Kyle @ Urban air&heat. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Friendly, quick and most importantly no B.S.! He asked a few questions, looked at the system. Climbed the attic and said”Ahh, I see the problem “. He then grabbed his tools and corrected the problem. Damn fast! He then gave me. Quick tutorial on my unit. I now have my new A.C. Professional! Highly recommended to all you out there!

I called Kyle on a Friday evening when my AC stopped blowing cold air earlier that day. He headed over as soon as I called and debugged my situation around the attic & outside the house until he got cold air coming out the vents (needed Freon ultimately).Ive now got a cold house again; all the better that he solved the issue in that single visit. Kyle was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions along the way. Glad I called!
