I called them for a second opinion after another company told me I had a bad compressor and needed to buy a new AC unit for $5,500. The Uni-serve tech Randy check the unit and found it was just a burnt wire and I also had a bad contactor. They saved me around $5,000. So greatful for such an honest company. Thank you. That kind of money is meaningful. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You got a loyal customer here and I will spread the word.

Same day service, even 30 minutes early. After explaining my issue & telling the tech that the unit had been worked on the day before & that after those people left we found out this unit didnt cool any longer he went to the problem area. During the prior work a drip pan sensor had been knocked off. Jake replaced the sensor & the unit immediately came. He explained what the problem was, so I know what to look for in the future. He additionally put installation on a short section of pipe for me. It was going to be hard for me to get to. The charges for his labor were good & in my opinion fair. He was respectful & friendly. I would use this company in the future for my A/C issues.

We had concerns about the cooling capacity of our 5 ton unit, so we scheduled an appointment. Jake came out at the scheduled time. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He took the time to address all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. Their pricing continues to be very reasonable in our opinion. Its also comforting to know that Randy, Hector, etc. are still part of the Uni-Serve team.-----------We have used Uni-Serve Air Conditioning for several years now, both at our home and at a couple of investment properties. John has always been very responsive and professional. We’ve used Uni-Serve for both repairs and the installation of new systems. We‘ve always trusted John and technicians Randy and Hector. It would be impossible to over emphasise how satisfied we were with repairs to our A/C. Problem arose Friday - Uni-Serve were at the house Saturday early afternoon - our regular A/C folks do not work weekends - A/C back up and running within an hour. For us it is definitely Uni-Serve Air Conditioning to look after our A/C needs in the future.

Randy showed up as scheduled and did a good job. The AC compressor was not working and not cooling bc the breaker was bad. He changed it out in 10 min and it worked. He said that the office said the charge was $300. It’s hard for me to believe that was legitimate for that little work. Had I checked beforehand I could have changed that $20 breaker myself. But I was in no position to negotiate after the repairs nor should I have to. But it’s a lesson learned. I probably won’t be using Uni-Serve again.A follow up to above...The owner of the company, Jason, called me to discuss this event. He initially wanted to refund my $$$ for this job but I told him that work had been done and I didnt think that was fair either. I wasnt looking to get something for nothing. We both acknowledged that mistakes in the diagnosis/price proposal process had been made. They should have been upfront on the charges to change out a breaker and I should have asked what the price would be before the work was started. We both agreed that Uni-Serve would extend an amount of credit on my next service call when I called them out again. Bottom line is that reputable AC service guys are hard to find. Just like auto mechanics. But I think its a testament to the company that Jason would take the time and call to try to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. Thats not done much these days. We had a great experience with Uni-Serve!We received quotes from four different companies for a full 4 ton to 5 ton system replacement. Uni-Serve offered multiple tiers of quality equipment at competitive prices and was flexible on ducting replacement. They allowed us to inspect the condition of the ductwork after removing the old system before committing to any replacement. This was appreciated, as two out of the four companies recommended full ductwork replacement prior to in-depth inspection. They replaced the whole system in one day and we are really happy with the systems performance and the quality of the work completed.

I’m a few years late on my review but I love uni-serve! They have been there for us since our very first call. They worked on my 20 year old unit time and time again until we finally gave in and replaced it brand new. They installed a brand new furnace and 4 ton American standard AC unit. They also replaced our entire air ducts and installed a honey well filtration system onto our furnace for my kids allergies. Any issues I have ever had they come and quickly fix it. They truly are amazing. Back when we still had our old 20 year old unit and our AC went out again they offered to bring window units to keep my house cool for our family. I don’t know any other company who would do something so thoughtful like that. This is a company you want to have in your pocket for life. They are seriously amazing!

They are very reasonable as far as pricing and very detailed and quick to perform the work. After the ac died on us in an 98 degree day they took care of it all and we had a whole new system in less than 24 hrs. John even come over himself to check that everything else was working fine in our house, from opening closed vents for better flow to recommend to wait to replace the units that are still working well until we can afford it. They were at our house 9 am sharp as they said they would be and was complete by early afternoon. We couldn’t be any happier with their service as we have used UniServe in the past for tune ups. The most recent issue was caused from a failed compressor motor which was able to be diagnosed and repaired the same day I called and without my wife or me being home! They simply left an invoice for me to call in a credit card payment (and we feel the fees are reasonable). We will use uni-serve in the future!

I called a supposedly 5-star company that I found on the Internet, and they sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. He looked at our old A/C and then tried to scam me with a quote of stuff that I didnt need and with an outrageous price for installing a new A/C & furnace. I politely told the guy that Id think about it and then did a little more research and found Uni-Serve. John with Uni-Serve was completely straight-forward with me and gave me a quote for the work that was almost half of what the other guy quoted and was about the same price that I had paid for a new unit about five years ago. My air conditioner was going out and First American Home Warranty and NorthStar Mechnical was suppose to replace my air conditioner, they gave me an awful quote and never returned my calls. My office had used Uni-Serve and referred them to me. I called and spoke with John, he came out immediately and brought a room air conditioner since it was close to 100 degrees. He replaced my air conditioner and I had to go to court to get anything from First American. Uni-Serve has let me pay as I could and never questioned me.
