First off, it will take you longer than expected - their computer system has some serious issues, but they are always working to make it better. They have good stock, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. the place is clean and they dont treat women like second class citizens ... so yeah, they rock. -

I called to order a part for my technician who was in the field, I gave them the wrong model number but instead of them hanging up and having me wait on hold again she just patiently sat there and waited for me to get the model number from my technician. Great customer service, I really appreciated her not hurrying me, being friendly, and being very helpful! -
