Historically, I’ve not had good customer service from Trane. That was not the case today! I met this guy Matt who was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t let me wait on my order. Matt thank you. Please keep this excellent service up!

Great store, always great employees that work here. Like family. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I always go here first.Note* if your in the HVAC field, you know already that the phones for Trane Supply dont connect to the store directly, but to a national store wide system. Giving 1 star for lack of ACTUAL knowledge is childish. If youre looking for repair tips and diagnostic help, YouTube or CALL A CERTIFIED COMPANY.

Home of your official OEM Trane parts! Last year I scored one of the promotional footballs. This year who knows. If your not a licensed tradesman youll run into some issues but thats pretty standard.
