The customer service team at town & Country is outstanding. They suggested delaying a new AC unit installation, prioritizing my budget--who actually puts the customer first? Over profit? Their honesty and quality work really put my mind at ease and when they did come out their rep helped me book my appointment because Im not great with the computer.

These guys are the BEST, replaced my outside 5ton unit in 1.5 hours with a new Rheem unit at a better price than I was quoted in Corpus Christi, they go to Corpus, Rockport, Victoria, no extra charge! Could not be happier! You wont be disappointed I promise! The bad reviews seem to be older and the new owners have turned things around, I dont know if the new owners are licensed techs themselves but the workers are, and running a business is running a business regardless what business it is! I would give them a try if you need a new installation!

My boss (and my wife!) put off getting our HVAC replaced and now that it’s almost 2025 we were stressed that we get in trouble because of the new regs but the technicians and customer service gal at Town And Country helped us get everything straight. They explained the SEER numbers and new heat pumps and codes. We got a great deal and financing so we’re good. Call them.

Because the EPA changed the regulations for hvac I was really worried about being “up to code” and called Town and Country who came out and tested all my appliances and furnaces and heat pumps and SHOWED ME how much I was at risk. I think everyone who has a business should call these guys because they know what’s required; like I know my energy bills will be lower but them offering a discount really helped me get up to the standard

I needed some insulation and the team recommended blown-in and I didn’t know what that meant and they explained everything to me and my family. My husband is usually doing this stuff but he is older. I really recommend them to anyone who needs a warmer home without the stress of heating costs
