Great company! If you are not sure about a project this is who you call. They will let you know the best solution and give you honest advice even if they dont do the job. Your house and property will be taken care of and left in better condition than when they arrive. I would have them in my home anytime.

I purchased my home about 8 years ago and almost immediately ran into issues with the AC. We called Mike (through a referral) in the middle of summer when our air conditioner went out. He was at our house in less than 30 minutes and had us back up in running in no time. Extremely professional, affordable, and quick to get the job done. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

Mike has been our AC and heating Go-To guy for the past seven or eight years. He recently installed a brand new AC unit, inside and out, replacing our old system. The difference it has made to not only our comfort, but also our monthly electric bill is substantial.Mike has always gone above and beyond when taking care of our AC and heating needs. He is reliable, dependable, honest, and very efficient. I live in Denver Colorado, my daughter (lives in Corpus Christi) had some issues with the a/c unit leaking water. Leaving the carpet in my granddaughters room soaked. I found Total Control Services online, called and Mike was on it that day. Literally within a few hours the problem was resolved. I consider that a real care & concern for the customers well being.
