Very thorough and professional from start to finish. They inspected every aspect of the system from the unit to the ducting and improved it to make the house more energy efficient. They installed all new ducting, bosche heat pump, and whole home surge protector over 4 days and cleaned up after themselves. The financing is convenient and was a major deciding factor for me going with total comfort. The new system works great and is very quiet. I highly recommended total comfort.

They took care of my in laws, and were so patient with them and with all the questions they had. They replaced my in laws cooler added upduxs which is an amazing addition to their house it keeps them nice and cool all day (without the fighting of opening the doors and windows.) We took bids from three different local companies before settling with Total Comfort solutions. Total Comfort was the last bid. The representative of the first company (company 1) was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on HVAC systems. He also gave us his best recommendations for the house. The representative was patient, kind and genuine. However, the price for the installation of the unit we thought most ideal for our application was really high. The representative of the second company came and went without saying too much but his price was the lowest. However he did not elaborate or promised to do anything other than installing a unit (by that time I understood that installing a unit involved quite a bit more work) Then came John at Total Comfort Solutions. Just like the representative of the first company he was very thorough and professional in his explanations and what he was committed to do in terms of all the side work that comes with installing a HVAC unit . His price for the installation of the most ideal unit (which, by the way, had almost all the same specifications as company 1s unit) came to about $4200 less than company 1s quote. The choice for us was obvious. John and his crew were careful not to make things messier than needed and he was also respectful of our privacy. On top of that, we got a box of free filters and carbon monoxide detectors all throughout the house. One week into the install and we are quite satisfied with our choice. I will do a long term review in a year or two.

We desperately needed more air flow going in to our master bedroom. I am so glad I called John with Total Comfort Solutions. He and Mike came in and told us, without promises, they would try to keep the cost low and fix the problem, but we may have to spend more money for our needs. After only an hour we had a substantial amount of air flow exactly where we needed it and, as he said, he kept the cost low.We were told through a company from our home warranty that we would have to buy a whole new unit. I am so grateful to have found a company that did not take advantage of our situation and found the perfect solution. He explained in detail what was done as well as give a variety of options and recommendations to keep the house cooler during summer. I have recommended him to my family and I would recommend this company to anyone having issues or needing a tune up. John and his assistant would put on these covers over their shoes so they wouldnt dirty the carpet, I have never seen anyone do that. He fixed the AC and it did not need to be replaced. Then about a mth later the blower went out, so I called John right away. He was not able to come and fix it for a day, but he brought us a portable AC unit that you put in the window, it was a brand new unit that worked perfect so we did not have to go stay the night with family or pay for a motel room.
