Have used G and H AC for several years after they were recommended by a good friend and they are always fantastic.Just recently had our old compressor go out and Rory was out on site within an hour of us calling in late afternoon. Ended up needing to replace that and the coil in addition with some other work needed in the attic. Price quote was very reasonable. Rory was back the next day with Mac and Tim and they worked for hours to make sure we had our AC back up and running ASAP.All of them were friendly, polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job, super pleased with the unit and the work! Thanks so much G and H!!

This company is fantastic & responded promptly & courteously to our AC going out. Not only did they install window units to keep us comfortable while we waited for the equipment/scheduling of the install; their technicians communicated early & often. They also laid out drop cloths to keep our house clean while they worked. 5 stars for G&H

This company is the bomb for a/c work. Want to thank Ron and Rory for the work you did on our air conditioners. You came recommended by a friend and I would highly recommend you to anyone. Very professional team. Replaced my 11 Lennox single stage unit with an American Standard 2 stage. There was a mixup with the system type at the beginning, Patrick handled it very professionally and without hesitation. Will definitely recommend them, honest pricing and very nice people.

Highly recommend G&H! I recently had another AC company come out and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem then told me they couldn’t fix it. The guy spent about 2 minutes at my house and didn’t explain anything to me. I didn’t trust them so got a second opinion with G&H. Youssef came out and thoroughly inspected my entire AC unit. He was able to unclog the line for me when the other AC company had told me incorrectly where the clog was and that they couldn’t clear it. Everything was explained to me well and he gave advice on how to prevent the problem in the future and better maintain my AC unit. Prices were fair. Really happy with their service and will use them again.

Im so impressed with the service G&H provided. We had a 30-year-old fan motor go out just after a terrible storm. Patrick assessed the need, found a replacement motor, and returned the next day to install. The old A/C will likely need to be replaced by next summer, but the repair has bought us time to recover from the unexpected storm repairs. I highly recommend G&H!

A/C wasnt working for a week before we got the chance to call G&H Air Conditioning. Rory showed up after hours on a friday and was able to diagnose the problem within no time. They had to wait to order the replacement part till monday, but as soon as the part came in on tuesday Rory showed up and did the install. He was so professional and helpful. Gave us tips on how to set up our zones and recommendations for getting the unit serviced. Love Rory !! G&H is lucky to have him on their team.

We had an issue with clicking in our AC. G&H AC came out the day after we called, they tested and cleaned all components and topped off the freon. Fair price, great service HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am so impressed with G&H Air Conditioning. Rory came out today to do a Seasonal service on my 3 ton and 4 ton A/C units. Both units were purchased w/in last 5 years.Rory was professional and found an issue with my fan and fan motor. Rory noted that the units were under warranty and switched out the parts under warranty and I only needed to pay for the labor time. He quoted their prices and the work came in at the expected cost.It started raining and Rory just popped open an umbrella and kept on working. He completed the job in a timely manner and let us know the parts are still under warranty. He pointed out that it was a good thing that we had it serviced when we did and that he would recommend that we continue seasonal maintenance to prevent unexpected problems.He mentioned that they offer a maintenance contract that would have them come out twice a year. I declined at this time. but will certainly consider in the future.I highly recommend Rory and G&H Air Conditioning.

Absolutely Awesome! AC unit compressor wasnt working in 87 degree weather. Called Mark who was able to re-route Rory for a service call after taking me through some basic trouble shooting techniques over the phone. Rory was as professional as could be, extremely knowledgeable and had us up and running within the hour of his arrival. Were going to be G&H customers for life!

G&H is the only ac company we have used. We purchased my parents house and they used them before us. If all companies could model themselves after G&H the world would be a better place. Up until today our experience was always with Mark. Hes always been responsive, prompt, helpful, honest and fair. I trust him and wouldnt question anything he suggested because he is tried and true! Today, I had Ronnie come out to the house to unclog a line, and he carried on the excellent repuation of G&H. He called prior to arrival, was on time, was well mannered and capable. He had me up and running in no time. No fuss, extra charges or hassle. Ronnie made me feel comfortable and was very professional. G&H is the only way to go for AC repair in my books! Thanks to everyone there. Also, shout out to Peggy! You were so sweet this morning, thanks for getting us on the books and accomodating my schedule.
