Sean is very professional & was very informative & tells you step by step on the the whole process. He replaced my whole AC unit in a timely fashion & when my drain hose clogged a week later he squeeze me into his busy schedule & had me up & running in 30 mins. Great service all round

I was pleased with the service I received. Sean came out for an issue with my AC unit not draining. He found the issues to fix and ways to improve the drainage. He also explained steps I can take to prevent a bio scum clog in the future. I didnt feel pressured or scammed into getting something done that I didnt need. He is talkative and high energy, if you have questions about your setup and actions needed, he will give you answers.

100% recommend Top Dog HVAC Service. Our AC stopped cooling yesterday evening & I called our usual AC company but they were booked out, & with having two smaller girls & this Texas heat being so bad I needed someone to come out ASAP, I called around and came across Top Dog.. & I’m so glad I did, he came out to check it within 1 1/2 hours after I called him & once he got here he found & fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Amazing service! So if your in the area and need any AC repairs definitely get with Mr. Visser!

S/O to Sean at Top Dog HVAC Service!!Our A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and me and baby woke up in sweats! He came and fixed it for me right away and was reasonably priced! It was such a small part but was glad that he was able to make time to come by real quick despite him already having a busy morning! I was on the verge of a mental breakdown with screaming dogs, a crying baby, a HOT house, and to top it off my other half wasn’t here so I was panicking trying to fix it all and he was one of the only one friends recommended as honest!

HVAC trouble in Texas is a huge deal with two babies. Sean Visser, the master licensed owner of Top Dog is truly the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been battling hvac issues for 30 years at various times and no one has ever impressed me like Sean. Professional and ultra knowledgeable beyond ANYONE I’ve ever encountered in the hvac realm and most importantly, brilliant with solutions. I wish I’d come across him sooner! He does things correctly. Two separate highly reputable companies severely dropped the ball before Top Dog intervened masterfully for me. Five stars without any hesitation! Sean and his team are THE BEST at what they do and theyre also great communicators. When it comes to your home and an investment like HVAC, you want to make sure its someone you can trust. They did a beautiful job on my HVAC install in my 1939 home and got it done SO quickly - in the middle of summer at that. I was referred to Top Dog and really feel like I made the best choice going with them. If youre in the market for any HVAC work, I would recommend without any reservation. Thank you guys again!

Ive now lived at two separate homes where I had issues with my A/C during the summer. Both times, Sean came out to the house, identified the issue, and had us back in working order. One time was a major issue, the other time a minor one. Regardless, Sean took care of it. He was knowledgeable and friendly while quoting us a good price (he didnt try to upcharge us for the minor issue, he just fixed it). Feels good knowing I have someone I can call and trust when the summer heat makes things unbearable. Highly recommend Top Dog!

Sean came out to my house and listened intently to my issue with my heater. He summarized what might be causing it, and got to work immediately.An hour or so of work and he had a part replaced, all my heating coils working properly, and plenty of heat output from my vents! He gave me a rundown of what he did, what he replaced, and how it worked.Payment was easy (digital) and very reasonable for parts and labor. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of his work, as well as his friendly demeanor and familiarity with the equipment I have in my 40+ year old house. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
