You couldnt ask for a better & more experience guy than Gary. Becky made sure that appointments were met in a timely fashion Gary went over and beyond our expectations. He saved the day by pulling out our air-handler and install a furnace so our generator would work properly. And, stored our air-handler to sell later to a loving home. That eventually happened and they sent us a check. I would not let anyone else work on our system. Exceptional company... good folks. Carolyn & Fred

I have been using Tomball Mechanical for years. Becky and Gary Duke are the owners. Calls are returned in a timely fashion! They are trustworthy, efficient and reasonably priced. They’re the only company I will use.

I was referred to Tomball Mechanical by a friend who has been using their service for a long time.They are quick, honest and very reasonable with their prices.I am a recent widow and Becky was so kind to help me. Gary arrived the same day my A/C went out and did a complete exam on it. He said the Terminal was blown and it could not be fixed. My home warranty company assigned an A/C company to check it out and they never called on the day it went out nor did they call anytime after that.I gave permission for Tomball Mechanical to complete the work and they came back on Monday morning and were done by 1pm.This company is totally excellent to work with, they are not like other companies that give you the shuffle and charge more than needed.They are very upright and honest.C. It’s rare to find a service provider of this quality. Becky handles the scheduling seamlessly and Gary is always on time, never attempts to upsell, and is one of only a few service providers I trust completely. Have utilized their service for years. A few years back on July 4th my elderly neighbor lost a/c service. Gary came out that day and fixed the issue. They are the best in the biz.

We have started using them for our heater and A/C needs just this past year. On the coldest day of the year, our heater went out. They came within 2 hours, ran diagnostics and determined it was a dirty vacuum line. He cleaned it out and had my unit running 10 minutes later. All he charged was the service fee of $87. He could have easily made up something and charged a whole lot more. Our second experience was today our outside A/C would not run. Called them at 10 pm at night and they came by 10 am the next morning. Determined it was a bad capacitor and had me cooling the house again in 10 minutes. Total charge for parts and labor was $87. Again could have easily gouged me for something I didnt need and I wouldnt have known the difference. Will definitely call them again for future service. Most other folks in our neighborhood use them as well and have given them good references. That is how we found out about them.

Gary Duke at Tomball Mechanical has saved us on many occasions. Probably the most honest HVAC guy out there. In our neighborhood of about 4000 homes, when someone on the neighborhood Facebook page asks about an air conditioning repair service, about 90% of the responses come back for Tomball Mechanical.
