The fan motor on one of our AC broke in the middle of the summer, and Julio was able to schedule Angel to come out the next morning. The service was fantastic, and the pricing very reasonable. I will be using To The Rescue for all of my future HVAC needs!

When it was going to take another company 5 days before they could look at our leaking A/C unit, we had to find a different solution. Julio and his team to the rescue! Angel was at our house within an hour! He took his time to diagnose the issue and had us back up and running just in time for the hot weekend. We highly recommend giving them a try!

The 5 star reviews you find here previous to mine are well earned. They are nothing close to anything like review-padding to the spurious end of boosting calls and clicks. For me, these guys came through with excellence.These days it is difficult to know where to turn for good and honest men in the particularly shady and dishonest business climate in which we live. To me, finding the right contractor is especially important in the case of capital investments such as vehicles and machines and large-scale home repair or improvement. I connected with To The Rescue HVAC by word of mouth referral, and am extremely pleased to say that Julio and Angel measured up in every degree to the high standard I was looking for.I am a technical guy by nature, and yet still had a lot of questions for Julio and Angel relating to my system and its repair. My prime objectives were:1. Having complete assurance and 100% confidence in the diagnosis of my system problem.2. Being educated enough myself to make the best and proper decision for how to fix the system.3. Having sufficient trust in the technical capability and expert level of technical craft employed by the technician(s) in order to perform my elected repair without it needing to be fixed and refixed.Julio and Angel delivered flawlessly on every one of these items, and at no point did I feel uneasy or that I was being taken advantage of to any degree.Julio took the time and detail I needed (and requested) over the course of multiple phone calls and discussions to ensure I had complete confidence in the choices I was making, and that our information and diagnosis was accurate and comprehensive. He was fair on his pricing and took no offense when I requested additional detail be written into the proposal. Julio is building and running this business as we all wish everyone would, and for that reason, and his honesty, clarity, and many years of solid experience in the field, you should take confidence in trusting him and his team with your work.Angels technical expertise at execution on the ground at my home was no less serviceable or praiseworthy than Julios engagement. I was able to see for myself exactly the work being performed, the variables being adjusted and why, and observe in real-time that his work was thorough and that my decision to place this equipment in their care was a valid and good one. I experienced confidence that both myself (as a customer) and my mechanical system were being taken care of in every degree, without any half-measures or cut corners.I appreciate the good fortune of being able to support good men like this with my business, dollars, and relationships over large, faceless, uncaring corporations intent on extracting the maximum dollar value from unsuspecting homeowners. Julio and his crew did an amazing job for my father. Other companies tried to charge him thousands wanting to replace very expensive parts. Julio’s teach spent the time to really diagnose what was wrong and fix the problem for a fraction. He has also been so kind to check up with my father periodically to make sure the AC unit is still working properly. 100% recommend him for any HVAC issues.

Ive used them on multiple occasions over the years, but I must point out how prompt and efficient Julio was on coming out on February 16th in these very harsh winter conditions, and he was able to repair our heater onsite in under an hour. I highly recommend Julio and To The Rescue HVAC services. Our upstairs unit went out during a very hot time of the year and they immediately came out. I received multiple quotes and theirs was the most comprehensive in terms of telling me what is wrong and what needs to be fixed and giving us options and the price was the best as well. They offer very fair pricing and are extremely professional. I found them through the next-door app after reading other people who wrote similar reviews and I’m glad that I reached out. 5 stars!

To the Rescue is fantastic, they are very responsive, professional, and keep costs as low as possible. There are lots of HVAC people out there that give you really high quotes are not honest. To the Rescue is so much better than anyone I have used in the past, and much more honest.

My AC would not turn on. I called and received a response within the hour. I was told a technician would arrive in 1 hour and was given their name. Technician arrived on time. He assessed AC unit in & out of the house. AC was fixed in the first hour, needed coolant. Tech stayed to make sure temp variance from outside unit & vents upstairs & downstairs were in the proper ranges and explained to me that process. I received a follow-up from the owner asking how the air in my home was working. So professional, courteous, & reasonably priced. They did not try to up charge me or sell me a new unit like other companies have in the past.
