    I highly recommend Titan. They have serviced our units for the past few years and I have always had a great experience. I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me, try to get something extra, or push a repair or product on me. I have their service plan (2 times a year) and they have never tried to upsell me on something. Jose and Reggie are great - they do their job right, ask if I want to watch and ask questions, and their pricing is competitive.

    Scheduled an install of new a/c. Titan Air solutions were great. Jose and Max did the replacement. On time, very professional, friendly. Answered all questions. They gave me a good deal. Job was done in about 6 hours. It looks pretty good.

    Titan air solutions really took care of me today. A week without a/c at the house & these guys would have gotten it done sooner if they could. We were just waiting on parts. So attentive/responsive. & they helped me pick a package that best suit my household and my personal needs. Theyve been the ones servicing my old unit for the past 3 years, so who better to trust with the new install. As well they will be the ones I continue to trust with my business.     Reggie was EXTREMELY highly recommended by my bf’s cousin, and his wife. NOW I am HERE to highly recommend Reggie. He came out for my bf’s cousin/wife after no one else would come, and when others tried, they just took their money and never fixed what was wrong. When you’re dealing with Texas heat & then the humidity making the heat index even HIGHER, it’s hard to function/think/sleep/work, stay hydrated, & not get heat exhaustion or heat stroke. When they reached Reggie, he came and helped them, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly and had them back up and running a few yrs ago and has been the only person they trust, AND can count on!My bf’s cousins heard about our AC, but my bf is very good at fixing things no matter what it is and tried. He worked on the AC for at least 6 hrs & only was able to get so far as he didn’t want to damage the very delicate coils and all the capillary lines. He couldn’t get under the unit and wouldve had to cut into it. This is something Reggie deals with all the time, and was able to come out the next day he was working! Reggie showed up as promised & on time. He had to cut our 17yr old unit out from behind the metal it was encased in, took it outside and meticulously and carefully cleaned it. We were SOO GRATEFUL to have someone we could trust and count on. Reggie was a kind man who is an expert in his field. I usually am apprehensive with repairmen but not with Reggie. Our dogs are apprehensive with strangers but we’re immediately comfortable with HIM. (That’s never happened before)! They wanted to play with him and just decided he was part of the family and completely trustworthy which exactly how he made us feel as well. Reggie expertly repaired and put everything back together, and welded the metal back together and you never knew he was even here. He did tests on the unit outside too and our AC unit is back to working perfectly!! Do not think TWICE about calling and asking for Reggie! I cant recommend him ENOUGH!!!

    I used Titan air for the AC repair at my house. Reggie was great and very knowledgeable and got my unit working properly. I ended up paying a very reasonable amount for his services and parts. It’s hard to find a trustworthy HVAC contractor. But Titan Air definitely is trustworthy.

    Reggie and Jose are trustworthy and responsive. Reggie told me I didnt need a furnace, coils and a condenser. Saved me thousands but probably didnt helpHim.     These guys are my go to for all HVAC needs and I highly recommend them to everyone. The AC unit is great but the customer service is what really sets them apart. Professional, friendly, prompt. With some companies, once they have the sale then its downhill from there but not with Titan. I have had to call a couple times for minor issues and its been A+ service every time. I never make recommendations but these guys rock and are worthy of your money.

    We were stuck at a dead end trying to find a reputable company to service our AC Leak. After several calls to various companies across DFW, we happened to ask for suggestions on our neighborhood fb platform. Someone recommended Titan Air Solutions and I decided to give them a call. It started with Sarah on the customer service line and I got the immediate feeling that she truly cared about my concerns with finding a trustworthy tech to fix this issue. She answered all my questions and just had that unique customer service that no other company has. This stood out immediately and was the deciding factor in choosing Titan. Our technician Jose was truly amazing. He was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. He even fixed a few things for us that wasnt listed in the estimate. You could tell right away he was there to take care of the customer and not someone who was there to try and get more money out of you.     Professional from beginning to end. Reggie came out within hours of my call, he came out and accessed the problem. We expected for some time it was time for new units. Prices were spot on, units were available for a quick turn install. Installation day we had a full team all day, and never once were things odd or uncomfortable. Professional and courteous from the entire team, everything was perfect and except for cooler temperatures and a new cool device (thermostat) we were able to work all day and you couldn’t even tell they were here. As their customer it felt as though they cared about the comfort of my family during these hot weeks.     I called Reggie with a ton of questions after a new install went horribly wrong with another company. Reggie was awesome and quietly listened to my issues and offered helpful and professional advice. He was able to come out the same evening to check my system over. He let me watch and addressed all my concerns every step of the way, while patiently teaching me about my system. He never rushed and worked with me for almost 2 hours to address several configuration and airflow issues. Despite the long service call, he stuck to his initial, extremely reasonable, quote.     Unbelievable service!!! No wonder they have so many great reviews. My AC went out on a Saturday morning (of course) and they were quick to come and help and got us back up and running in under an hour!Max was SO kind and professional and someone I felt safe having in my home with my kids!     The fan & motor went out in my a.c. I was referred to Tiran and they were able to get me an appointment right away. Reggie came out and was able to get it fixed & checked to make sure everything else was good and also cleaned it. Him & everyone else I talked to at Titan were extremely nice & very professional. Titan will definitely be my go to with any a.c./heating issues. He explained everything to me and also took pictures to show me what needed to be done.     Jose Mena Jr. & Jose Mena Sr., Reggie and Max are my go to at TITAN AIR SOLUTIONS for all my residential and commercial HVAC repair & maintenance needs. As a restaurant business owner its imperative to get the best quality install, repair, maintenance and genuine customer service after the sale. So its a no brainer I call on Titan Air for all my restaurants and residential HVAC needs. I trust them implicitly as they document with before and after photos. They always make recommendations so if they can repair versus replacing and provide the proper solution, thats the way they do business.     Jose was great. He came out for an emergency heater outage and got me back up and running in less then 2 hours from the time I called. Excellent service good price for the service as well. Thanks again Jose. Its a shame I cant give you 6 stars.Update: I had a capacitor blow for the AC unit, 6 months later. Unrelated to the first issue. Max came out in about an hour and had us up and running again quickly. Max explained the difference in warranty and quality of his two replacement capacitors completely. Ive been a tradesman all my life, but Im no HVAC pro. The guys at Titan Air exemplify what professional tradesmen look like. They now how to troubleshoot and they know their parts.     Titan techs are always on time and they explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. I appreciate how friendly they are but yet very professional. I have had Reggie, Frankie and Jose come out and they are all wonderful and friendly. I used them when my A/C went out and they did a complete install of a new system and continue to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend them and I am hard to please.     I couldn’t wait to receive this review. Reggie and his team have our business for life. It is rare to find good to great service these days. I was impressed with the details of the initial consultation and I knew we wanted to go with Titan. Our job was extensive to say the least. They stayed until the job was done and cleanup was complete like they had never been here. Great gift before summer and our daughter’s graduation with family in town. He told us about the Reme system we had. Replaced the bulb in it and wired it correctly. Someone else could have taken it and we would have been none the wiser. They are God sent and we wish them nothing but the best in their business and personal lives. Family owned and extremely honest; punctual; and professional. If they say they will do something. Believe them!

    Our first time using this company. Reggie was professional, courteous and on time for the AC tune ups. Our previous company was inconsistent and unreliable when scheduling for the maintenance service. Reggie also discovered that the previous company replaced the wrong size capacitor on one of our units when it went out last year which could have caused future issues. We plan on using Titan again for our heating and cooling needs.

    The technician was on time and was able to identify a very odd problem where the electrical wires for the heater and the A/C were activating each other at the same time. He was able to fix the problem within an hour, and it has remained solved since the repair. All for a very reasonable charge.     I am a Pastor of a church that required heat coil installation to our 2 roof units. I called Titan because another company had promised me they could get the necessary parts for months only to give me the run around. Needless to say at a last effort because of the cold front that was to come in I called Titan. Titan not only located the parts in 1 day they got us up and running the following business day. Reggie was our technician who was professional, on-time, and very informative. Reggie explained what he was doing and just was an absolute stand up guy!     Reggie was a true god send. We had a previous ac company out to troubleshoot our system since it stopped working. They couldnt figure it out and fried our Ecobee in the process. After 2 days they said to call an electrician. The electrician came out and said nothing was wrong and it was the ac that was the problem. We have a medically fragile baby and we didnt have heat for 2 days in the cold. We were referred to Titan. Reggie came out and was super nice and professional. He troubleshooted the issue for 6 hours and found all the issues and really helped us out. He didnt leave until he found the issue and resolved it for us so we wouldnt be without heat for another day. I highly recommend Titan and I would say if your tired of trying to find a good ac company call titan!Thanks Reggie!

    Called about a noise the a/c was making. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. Reggie showed up on time and started trying to diagnose the problem. While doing so he also performed a tune up on the unit. Reggie took some videos to send to tech services for help in identifying the problem.     Reggie and Titan Air are my good to guys for HVAC repairs and install. Hes replaced the A/C units at my business and fixed my home A/C system as well after another company couldnt figure out the problem and wanted to replace the whole system for $9k. Reggie got it fixed for about $500. All of this being done in the middle of Texas summer. Needless to say Reggie is on the Christmas card list.

    We had a small fire in our AC system Sunday night. I booked an appointment online around midnight. Max was at my house by 10AM Monday to check out my system. He gave me the bad news that I didn’t want to hear but he was honest and upfront about the cost of repairing. Now, instead of repairing and praying, we’re looking at a new heat pump system. Jose arrived, checked out the system and got us up and running. Triton Air Solutions did what they said they would do, on time, and reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

    Team at Titan we’re prompt and thorough. I bid job out to three local A/C Companies and Titan offered most competitive bid and were on the job in 2 days!     Very good company. I have used them twice in the last 3 years. 1st when an air handler motor went out and recently when we noticed a decline in the performance of our system. Reggie has been out both times and has done a great job! I will now use their annual tune up service to avoid further maintenance issues!

    I had previously called another company to inspect our units as our AC was not working. The technician said I needed a whole new unit which was $7,500. My son-in-law recommended Titan Air as they had a new unit put in a year ago. The tech, Reggie, came immediately that day and said we didnt need a new unit yet but did have a few things to be fixed. The cost was under $300 which was a huge relief. I cant tell you how much it means to me to have an honest and reliable company fixing my problems. Totally recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

    I had suffered for a year and a half waiting for a HVAC tech to find what was wrong with my new 4 ton 2 phase unit. It ran all the time, and was loud.All any tech did was add another intake, lets put more refrigerant, but all along the 2200 sq. ft. house would not cool below 73 in the summer. And most of the time not even that cool.I called Titan Air Solutions and the tech diagnosed it within the hour, the phase 2 was not working, Titan filed my warranty for me, and call when the condenser came in to install. Oh happy day!Installed new condenser, cleaned coils, and left absolutely no mess.Last night was the first night I slept through the night in a year and a half due to the HVAC closet being next to my bedroom! It ran smooth, and quietly, cooling properly. For the first time since the initial installation the unit ran quietly and properly.Thank you so much for your help Im a very happy customer!
