We had Randy come to our house to help fix a mini split ac unit. He was very thorough and professional and did an amazing job. Came out on a Sunday less than 24 hours after initial contact. Cannot recommend enough

I would recommend randy as a Great professional and outstanding guy!! I had been sitting at home all day quote after quote from different ac people and several of the techs didnt ask the questions like randy did to determine the root of the issue. I was almost in tears having to think I was going to have to spend up to 15k on a new unit. Randy came out after 4 different ac places had already been out. He checked the unit again to make sure their wasnt anything else missed. Turns out the 1st tech from a#1 air left the unit outside disconnected and failed to mention our capacitor was out which was the problem. He recommended a 3k dollar job or replace unit. Randy came out fixed the ac issue for less than 300. He definitely was God sent. Very honest guy would highly recommend. Thanks randy for saving the day!!

Randy is incredible! Hes kind, honest, patient, and deeply cares about the quality of his work and service. In the middle of summer, we were having trouble with our air ducts leaking and struggled to find an HVAC company that wasnt going to overcharge and take advantage of us. We were told to call Time to Chill, and were so relieved that Randy responded quickly and came out first thing. He identified the issue and told us upfront how long it would take and roughly how much it would be to replace the ducts, and later provided us with the exact price. We had questions about the ducts and our AC system, and he took time to listen and answer each one and explain. Randy and his crew replaced our ductwork and installed a purifier in a matter of hours and now we have peace of mind!We called Randy again when our system stopped blowing cool air and he fit us into his schedule that same day, identified the issue with the outside unit, and got it working again. Later, we had a question about our AC after a major home improvement project caused the safety switch to react and wanted to check that everything was still okay. Randy came over, ensured our AC was still functioning optimally, explained what caused the issue, and answered our questions. Our AC is running, our home is cool and comfortable, and were beyond happy!If youre looking for an HVAC company, definitely go with Time to Chill!
