    Exceptional Service from first contact to job completion!! I called Tietze Plumbing Friday at 12:20, they put me on the schedule for the same day, Joshua my technician called me at 12:30 that he was on his way… Thats fast and efficient service. Joshua inspected and evaluated my water heater, and explained to me the possible problem and took time to give me options that were recommended. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. My technician Joshua illustrated great customer service , professionalism, knowledge, and honesty.     I have used Tietze Plumbing for quite some time now and I am very happy with my experience. They always give you options on pricing and they are prompt. Additionally, they send a picture via text of the plumber that is headed your way so you know who to answer the door for.Recently, Colby Briggs was our plumber to help replace a toilet that broke many months ago. He was very professional and friendly! I was presented with 5 options and I chose the one best suited for my budget. After my selection was made, he went to go get the toilet from the shop and came right back to get the job done (which all took about 3 hours in total).He hooked it up with an amazing toilet and we could finally use our guest bathroom again!     This is the second time we have had experience with Tietze. They were great the first time so we used them again. This time was a bigger job. We needed a new PRV valve installed in the yard. Travis came, assessed the situation, and gave us a quote. He explained what would be done and stated he would have to come back the next day due to time to complete and needing the parts. That was not a problem for us. Cody came the next day to do the work, and he did a wonderful job! When he finished, there was hardly any evidence that he dug up the ground! Both he and Travis were very nice, informative, professional in every way, and answered all our questions. I absolutely would recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Tietze will be our plumbers going forward!

    I was 1500 miles away from home when I learned a pipe busted. Colby and Joel were at my house almost immediately, sent pictures, kept me updated and fixed everything at a reasonable price. They made me feel so comfortable and at peace. They truly went above and beyond to take care of my needs while I was literally across the country.     This company is amazing! They replaced my HVAC just before Presidents’ Day. My system went out between two major cold fronts where temperatures dropped into the 20s. I am so grateful they worked with me and came on Saturday, working all day to install a new system. Thank you to Daniel, Julian, and Sam for working so hard to get my house warm before the next cold snap.

    I had a water leak that was difficult to locate. Before I called Tietze, two plumbers looked for the leak but did not find it. Another plumber made an appointment but did not show up. I called Tietze and they sent Cody out. Without charge he looked around and found the leak in my front yard, and gave me a repair estimate for a fair price. Another plumber had charged me $250 to look around and he did not find the leak. Cody did not charge me for the estimate. I approved Codys estimate, he went to work and quickly fixed the leak. Im glad I found Tietze Plumbing and Cody.

    Daniel did a really good job. The issue for our a/c was simple. But he didn’t have the fuse in his truck. The two hour wait was rough but once he came back it was back up in 30 minutes. The bill was kind of high and we never got any kind of estimate before he finished so sticker shock.

    Here’s what they did right:I called around 8am and responded to my needs with an even toned and nice lady who didn’t sound irritated that I was calling early.Had an appointment scheduled for me about 3 hours later on the same day (7/16/2022).I received a text with a picture of the plumber who was showing up at my house, Alex Soto.Alex was dressed professionally, very respectful in speech and demeanor.Alex worked quickly (finished within an hour) and I felt like the service provided not only fixed, but upgraded the existing water line.Here’s what they did wrong:Nothing.They are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service was genuinely high and worth it! Hopeful I’ll never need them again, but if I do, Tietze Plumbing already has my business!

    I used Tietze for the first time today, May 16th. We had a water leak in the front yard.It turned out that there was a leak associated with the pressure regulator valve.Willie came out with his assistant David to fix it and it only took about 1 hour.Willie was awesome. He is very friendly and informative. I give him 10 stars.With that said, for what they did, parts and labor, was way way over-priced. Nothing against Willie, the price quote came from the office. If we ever have any more plumbing issues we will call Tietze and ask for Willie, but they need to reexamine their pricing.

    Today was my first time scheduling a service check for Tankless Water Heater. I’m very pleased by their professionalism and work! Edward G was our ( tech.) he explained the maintenance process since our unit was never cleaned for 4 years. He also explained the yearly maintenance program they gave that would have saved me some $$. That would also come in handy. I had no clue how to clean our unit. My family and I were having issues with water too hot or too cold water. Because it was Switching on its own while showering. I really recommend this company! Thank you Edward

    Thank you to Willie and Tietze Plumbing! Willie was great for on time scheduling, showing open options for faucet cartridge replacement, versus faucet replacement.     Ernest is a new team member and is extremely experienced (38 years) professional licensed plumber with Tietze who was assigned to my home yesterday evening and dispatched this morning. He diagnosed an issue, treated it and solved it within 20 minutes that was incorrectly diagnosed and incorrectly treated by another independent plumber yesterday. He was perfect as I needed someone who was not guessing at what could have been a very complicated septic issue. He ruled out absorption field, fullness of septic tank, and zeroed in to diagnose a clog that could have been up line in my foundation, or could have been clean out main line to septic tank, or could have been absorption field failure. I am grateful for his expertise, courtesy, promptness and experience. This was the first time I called Tietze. I will always call them first going forward.

    This plumber and company went above and beyond with service. Although plumber are costly I feel they are fairly priced. Well worth the money.Dayan stands 110% behind his work.     Colby and Daniel from Tietze Plumbing installed a new 40 gallon hot water heater in our attic today, which obviously included the emptying and removal of the old heater. The job is very laborious as it involves taking the old one down and lifting the new one up. The guys worked continuously until the job was done.     I am on a Jon Wayne Plumbing/Electrical service plan. The first time I tried to use my plan for an emergency (in over 2 years of paying) I was told they could come out in 2 weeks. So I called Tietze who came out the same day!!! I had the issue fixed within a few hours instead of having to wait 2 weeks and have additional damage. Tietze is the BEST in San Antonio!!! We now need a new hot water heater. I got 2 things from other companies when I got a quote, 1 company gave me an overinflated price (Jon Wayne) and the other suggested an inferior unit that has horrible ratings (Anchor).     The plumbers installed a water softener. Sounds easy until you realize that this 30 yo house has no connections and no one knew where the main water line came in.     John Pace came out to flush my water heater and correct my DIY job on my shower knob. I thought the valve was bad but it turned out that the knob was put on out of sync by me! He fixed it in 1.5 minutes and said that the drip was due to lime in the shower head hose, which he cleaned out before I even knew it! So I did not have to pay for a new valve. This is the honesty you can expect from Tietze Plumbing! John also saved me a lot of money with my water heater flush! I cannot say enough about their concern for my problem. They did not have a part to repair one of the issues, but Walter called around and spoke to different folks to see if they had the part readily available so the issue could be resolved today. Employees from companies I have used in the past would have just left and came back when the part came in. Not the case with Tietze and their two service technicians. I cannot thank Walker and Scott enough for their hardwork and dedication to the customer.

    We called Tietze Plumbing a few weeks back because we had a leak in our kitchen faucet and they told us we needed a new faucet so they came out and installed it and it’s working just fine now! They also installed a new water dispenser that sits right next to the faucet. Very happy with their work and their professionalism. Highly recommend.

    So nice! The pipes above our water heater were leaking and the shutoff valve wasnt working. They came over right away and fixed it. They texted ahead of time with the picture of the person who was on the way. I would absolutely call them again if we need anything.

    This is only the second time in several years that we have needed a plumber. The issue this time, a loose kitchen faucet, was a somewhat minor fix for a plumber with proper tools but was something we could not have easily done.Once again Tietze was worth the call -- from the professional way they answered the telephone, to swiftly setting up an appointment, to the plumbers arrival (early within the promised time frame), to the very reasonable charge for services rendered.     Alvin was our plumber and truly went above and beyond. Our water heater went out and he came out that evening. Even after getting a blowout tire on the way. He was nice enough to call me and let me know the situation and that he would still come by after fixing his tire. Unfortunately the time he arrived I had just left to pick up my kids and he still waited and finished the job that night. I dont think he left till 9pm! Amazing work ethic and great attitude. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

    Had my pressure regulator valve replaced for low water pressure. Was given a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I was charged. James called me 30 minutes prior to showing up as promised and was there on time. He was a nice guy explained what he would do and how long it would take; he confirmed the price for the work. James completed the work on time, made sure everything was good, and explained what he did. Very happy with the service.

    Tietze plumbing responded within an hour to my request for service online and had a plumber out to my house within 3 hours. Leak was fixed quickly and professionally. Fixing the leak was a little costly (especially compared to buying the parts and fixing it yourself). I feel it was worth every penny because if I had to fix it myself, then my water would still be offal as there were some unforeseen issues that the internet did not warn me about. In addition, they offer a yearly faucet/leak check and water heater flush. So far I am happy to have trusted my pipes to Tietze Plumbing.

    Overall great service and family friendly service. Called Tietze Plumbing for local business support. Our plumber Edward was a excellent guy making the time feel very family friendly. The Work (shower valve replacement) was Completed quicker than expected and with no extra problems. Quick, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. As for the bill, it ended up being lower than I was quoted and Tietze Plumbing company even offered a military discount which was a nice blessing. Edward. G thanks again for the help.

    Edward responded to my residents issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. I will go to Tietze first for my propertys future plumbing needs.EDIT: Edward is still a great tech, but the behavior I have seen from Tietze recently shows a completely unprofessional lack of care toward customer issues, and I am surprised that, given the experience at my property, that they have been so unwilling to even discuss it with me. I have documented seven separate attempts to contact a member of the management team, but I have been brushed off each time and entirely ignored. My resident was left with her unit covered in fecal matter because of their technicians self admitted inability to properly address the issue after two visits, for which we were charged a full rate, even after the very same technician broke an additional pipe and exacerbated the issue. Incompetence should not be invoiced. Please fix it.2nd EDIT: After speaking with Pat and explaining the situation, she has helped resolve this issue in a manner professional, courteous, and understanding. The only reason I cannot go back to a 5 star review is because it took so many attempts and such effort to even find someone willing to talk to me. That said, I can once again highly recommend Tietze. For plumbing issues, it is Edward; for customer service, it is Pat.
