As I sit here and read the reviews I can’t help but wonder if the lack of communication issues correlate to those with home warranties through American Home Shield (which sucks btw). I have never had any issue reaching out to them directly for any follow ups, questions, advice and services about my AC. Luis does a great job at messaging back the same day. Granted if you call or text they do not pick up or respond right away maybe because they’re busy servicing a client? I’m not sure but I can speak for myself when I say they have been exceptional. No complaints here.

I know this is different from many of the other reviews on here, but they were actually really good on my end. i did get them through a home warranty company, and there were multiple delays, but they were all the fault of the warranty company. i wont go into all my issues with the warranty company here, as its not a review for them, but i wonder how many of these bad reviews might actually be tied to the warranty company rather than Thrive. My issue was an A/C control board. Thrive came out and identified the issue, but had to request the part from the warranty company as they were not allowed at that time to order the part themselves. after 8 weeks of a runaround from the warranty company, i finally got the cash out option authorized and Thrive could order the part directly. Part was in within 5 days and installed that day. AC is working great. i will definitely use them again, but will me switching warranty companies. One note, as the Thrive folks have a pretty full schedule, i found that texting is the best way to contact them. they always responded that day and followed up with a call whenever they got any new updates

Very professional and informative. Scheduled us the following day to fix our ac and to do preventative maintenance on it. AC was fixed same day they came out. Highly recommend them.

All I can say is WOW! I had a dripping bathtub faucet and several months ago, I had someone from another company come out. The guy told me they would have to knock down the wall to fix it and it would be better to just remodel. Well, the drip became a stream of hot water leaking out. Luis came out and fixed it in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Luis for all my maintenance needs.
