I live on a fixed income and my grandson and son and they fixed my AC so we would have cold air and they didnt telle no when all the other places refused to help us. We had no cool are for the last 2 days. If you truly need something AC or Heating trust them

I am always happy with their service. They do a great job and their workers are always nice and knowledgeable. You absolutely get what you pay for with them and although some might find them pricey, I prefer to sleep easy knowing their work is solid.

Ive used this company twice over the last few years for my moms old house. On the first, she called and wanted a new upstairs system installed. She has dementia and misunderstood the price (he said $5787; he thought it was $57.87). She told him she couldnt afford it. He returned the truckload of equipment and was kind and forgiving. I called him out later and he installed it and did a great job. Last month, she said she was cold and the heat wasnt working. She called another company who said all the ductwork must be replaced for $5200. I asked Thomas for a second opinion. He inspected, confirmed the problem, and replaced it all for $2100. Sent before and after photos. Good technician. Good man.

I have been a customer of Mr Buis for at least 15 years. He and his staff of professionals have always treated me well and addressed my HVAC issues promptly. Most recently in Late August my AC went out at 6pm on a Saturday. I called to get on a list for them to come Monday morning as I did not want to pay the overtime rate for weekend service. Within minutes of leaving the message Mr Bui personally called me back. He insisted it was too hot to go without AC, he was right, sent his Tech out, and waived his overtime weekend fees. Thank you everyone at Thomas Bui and Sons.

They are simply excellent. Mr. Bui put my evolution heat pump unit in 2017 and did an excellent job.. it has run perfectly and was a very professional installation.. Currently getting them to put a gas furnace in for me.. and i called them out to service my air conditioners last summer… you can rely on them to do the job right at a fair price
