BI was in a real pinch with a broken refrigerator on South Padre Island. I had guests coming in the next day with no refrigeration. Absolutely nothing happens quick on South Padre Island. I googled 24 hour Appliance Repairmen with little expectations I would get anyone who would go out. I was shocked when Gabriel answered the phone, stopped doing what he was doing, and came out to my home within 40 minutes. He spent an hour of his time diagnosing the problem. It turns out that the appliance store sold me a floor model that was broken and was beyond repair. Gabriel supplied me with videos to support the claim and plenty of pictures and discussion. His fee was more than reasonable. I couldn’t believe that I actually got to the bottom of something in two hours when usually it would take a week or more in SPI. Ultimately, the appliance dealer facing overwhelming evidence, stepped up and replaced my unit the same day. If that did not happen, I would have lost thousands of dollars. I would have also ruined the vacation plans QUALITY entire family that flew down to stay at the home.Now, I have saved Gabriel’s information and he will be the first person I call whenever there is an emergency. I could not recommend him highly enough. He literally saved the day and my week. If you are ever in need of any HVAC or refrigeration issues, I would strongly suggest you ignore all of the other ads out there where you might get a callback in a week and instead call Gabriel immediately.I have been a homeowner and property manager on the island for eight years and I have never received better service than I received from Gabriel. I was very weary of how much it would cost to have somebody come out and stay until 10 o’clock at night, but he was more than reasonable and very much affordable. He was worth his weight in gold. I don’t often review anybody because most of my experiences are averaged to negative, but when I had the chance to review Gabriel, I wanted everybody to know about my experience. God bless,Billy.

I talked to the technician about my ac and how the back rooms were not cooling properly and when he came out he was polite and headed straight to the attic, came down and explained perfectly what was going on. Was honest , even cleaned up after. Price was perfect and not over done like most would have been !Thank you Gabriel Gonzalez

I had been having A/C troubles at home for many years and went through multiple technicians to try and solve the problem. Nobody was ever able to permanently solve the problem. Mr. Gonzalez came on over and fixed my problem in a jiffy. Exceptional service and quality
