Thermal Air is a great, honest company. Our AC went out while we were out of town..... IN JULY! ! We have 2 dogs and a 115gallon saltwater aquarium. It would have been fatal if TA didnt fix our AC, Texas is hot! Their #1 priority was to make sure the animals were in a cool environment! -

Good company
