    The local AC Guy has been doing AC work on my home, business, and rental properties for several years. He has always done a very professional job and is one of the few AC guys that offers DIY customer consulting. Recently received a very reasonable bid to install a Della split AC system that I purchased from Amazon. We were very happy with the professional installation. Below, is a photo of the installation.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. Mike seems incredibly busy, but he never makes you feel rushed and really takes the time to answer questions, geek out on the tech aspects (if youre a geek too), and really give you confidence that he knows what he is doing and can fix whatever issue you are having. In my experience, this is not often the case with contractors/technicians. In general, Mike is just a really good dude.On top of all of that, he is very fairly priced. We look forward to having our HVAC system maintained and serviced by Mike going forward.

    We had an excellent experience with Michael (The Local A/C Guy). Another company told us that we needed to replace out entire unit to the price of $10,000. Michael came out after a recommendation and fixed our unit for $750.00. It has been two years since then. We are truly thankful for his honesty. He is the most knowledgable A/C repair man we have encountered in our experience as a home owner.

    Mike did an awesome job when he came to my business. He spent lots of time to inspect the 2 AC systems I have and he did a thorough examination of the health status of both of them. There were a few issues, but instead of fixing them and spending tons of money, he recommended a few things and tips to address the problems. And it worked! Very knowledgeable and honest AC technician. His goal is to explain the problems he found and the solutions, which can range from cheap to more expansive. But he will never push you to spend money if there is a better solution. I recommend him to everybody!

    Mike literally saved us THOUSANDS. We had another company come out first and tell us we needed to replace our entire HVAC system. We called Mike and he came and let us know it was only a capacitor issue.The first guys didnt even try that.     I had Mike do a complete system change. New furnace, A/C, and new duct work. I had new duct work, boxes, and vents replaced for what most companies wanted for just duct work!I appreciated the detailed analysis of my home and what each room needed. Getting the larger vents that Mike recommended made a major difference in the comfort level of each room.Mike sells Trane, made in Tyler, Tx. The new wifi thermostat is incredible. I even was able to upload pics of the kids that acts like a screen saver on the thermostat, which is better than looking at just a screen with the temp on it.It took two days to have everything installed and it was fairly worry free. I trust Mike and would recommend that you call him when you need a new system or a service call.
