If we could give 100 stars to The HVAC Depot we would! Our home AC unit has been out for over a month 😫 We were going through our Home Warranty & a random Service Repair Company that was assigned to us. They told us that a coil needed to be ordered & a lot of additional charges were needed. Each week we were told the part was on back order. 5 weeks later, our house was very humid, stuffy & we saw no end in sight. Working from home full time it wasnt pleasant. Until we met the AMAZING HVAC Depot!! They went through our whole AC unit to see what was going on & what those additional charges were that the other company charged us. Turns out the other company was ENTIRELY WRONG! The HVAC Depot not only told us what was actually wrong but they were able to get all the parts same day & installed!! To say were thrilled to have AC again is an understatement, we are extremely thankful for this company that went above & beyond 🙌 Great customer service, timely resolutions & install, PLUS they have a warranty that covers not only the AC unit but also the furnace, garage door opener, water heater & garbage disposal!! Finally we found a company that would tell us the truth & actually help us!!! Spread the word! The HVAC Depot, Jose & his professional team is the best of the BEST!!

The HVAC Depot is the BEST home warranty company we have ever had. Jose and his team of professionals are responsive, thorough, and highly skilled. We are not new to home warranty companies. Before switching to The HVAC Depot, we spent over two decades with a nationally advertised company. The HVAC Depot hands down is superior in every way, to include response times, customer service, and preventive maintenance (which the other home warranty company never did). The HVAC Depot will have our business from now on! They are the best!

Our AC was about to go out and Jose and team saved the day. Less than 18 hours later and we were up and running better than before. Ive had other home warranties and HVAC Deport far exceeds any other. From their less than 10 minute response time for my reported issue, to getting it repaired fast. Ive never seen customer service like this from any other home warranty company and those using someone different, you need to make a change. I highly recommend HVAC Depot and stand behind that recommendation. Thanks for your quick response and repair; we really appreciate it!

HVAC Depot replaced our old (broken) AC unit with one better suited for the size of our home. They came out the same evening my AC broke and replaced the unit the next day. They finished the job in one day! They were all very personable and kind. They called the next day to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. Everything works wonderfully! I dont think our home as ever been so cool. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

We are so grateful for The HVAC Depot. They are honest, hard working, and considerate. We’ve been long time customers. This week when we woke up to no heat (when it was 15° outside), they were quick to fit in a service call to determine the cause. Then when it was best to replace the whole HVAC unit, they were highly competitive and reasonable with a price much less than competitors. They installed our new 4 ton unit (gas furnace, coil, condenser) the next day. Our unit is housed in an extremely tight attic space and the crew worked nearly 12 hours with smiles and pleasant attitudes despite the challenges and difficulties the attic presented to them. We highly recommend the HVAC depot for new installs and all your regular service needs! You won’t find better in San Antonio.

Thank you Jose and team for taking excellent care of my mother. Its so stressful for me that my Mothers AC went out and the temperatures are 90+ degrees in Texas. I felt so helpless since i live in California. Thankfully I googled The HVAC Depot LLC and spoke to Jose the owner. He was very knowledgeable and honest up front. He gave my mother an amazing price And did not try to upsell her like other companies. And I really appreciated that. He went out of his way and went to check out my mothers HVAC system last night. And he was able to rearrange his team and they came out today and put my mothers brand new HVAC system in. Jose gives me faith that there still are good people in the world that are willing to take care of customers! If I could get higher than five stars, I would! Please do not hesitate to reach out and use this company when you need HVAC repairs and new systems.

Jose and his team at HVAC Depot are the best in the business. Theyre always quick to respond to service calls and are thorough and professional. They will install new units if you want, but they are truly dedicated to service and repairing your current units if thats what you need. There is no pressure to sell you new units like youll get with most other service companies.

We called The HVAC Depot on Sunday after one night with no AC. They came out and found the problem. Needed a new compressor and inside coil unit. Got the new unit installed and running very quickly. Good, professional and easier on the budget than some of the other big name companies. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.

José came to the house, did a thorough inspection of our AC to figure out first if he can FIX the issue without us having to replace the whole system like a few other companies had already tried to do. He figured out a solution and now our home is cooling without delay. A new system was his last option unlike other guys just trying to jump right to selling you a $20,000 system without looking at the details. We appreciate the intentionality and honesty.

When my air conditioner stopped working, Esteban answered the call to immediately address the issue. He was dressed professionally and was respectful of my property and time. While he was working on identifying the problem he explained to me what he was doing and even helped educate me with the basic process of elimination he was taking so that I was able to understand what was going on with my system. He was able to quickly identify the problem and was able to make the repair that was needed within 30 minutes, while ensuring the other components of the AC unit were functioning as they should be. The way he was working and explaining things to me made me feel comfortable with him working on my unit. His knowledge of the systems and his confidence helped put my mind at ease knowing that I was not going to be taken advantage of, and that the problem was going to be fixed the first time without having additional problems this summer. The price was fair for his time and labor, and when he left, he ensured everything was exactly as it was before he came.

First of all Jose maintains our AC system and always goes above and beyond what anyone could ask for. Hes honest and proficient. Recently I called him and shared that my wife was struggling with a cough that she has had for longer than I can remember. I was looking to get my air ducts cleaned. He told me about a REME HALO air purifier that goes right into the system. In desperation I said “let’s do it” that day it was installed and the next day my wife started to feel better. She has continued to recover and I am so happy we have people like Jose to keep us comfortable and healthy in our home.
