I just signed up for a new HVAC system with Chill Brothers that should be 46% more efficient than my 15 yr old system. Julian came to my door and told about this opportunity and put me down for an appointment. Brandon Watson came today and explained that I could get a $2,000 rebate for my old system and that I would be eligible for a $1200 tax credit. I am really looking forward to this upgrade of my old system and to the savings that will make it affordable. Thanks Brandon.

Great experience from start to finish. They came into my home, and explained all information in full detail. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies were very pushy, but not chill bros. We agreed on the the work to be done (full hvac replacement) and they set me up with all appointments (pre, install and post inspection). They always email and text prior to coming in addition to calling. All staff communicated well upon arrival of what they would be doing. They always cleaned up after and explained all work done. Highly recommended!

I received an annual service to check my heating system, prior to the change of weather. Josh Cover and Brandy technician serviced my home. They were both very friendly, allowed me to ask questions & were able to answer all of my questions. They also checked my AC units to make sure they were operating properly. Had a broken downstairs furnace that never reached set temperature. Josh Cover came and promptly diagnosed the problem giving several repair options. He ordered the parts and returned the next day to fix it. Found a different problem while fixing it and went back to get the extra piece needed. Thanks for saving my Thanksgiving holiday. I had out of town guests coming, and we were debating whether to put them in a hotel. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable, extremely competent, and went above and beyond what needed to be done.

Ive been having an issue with my house cooling properly during summer for the past 3 years. As someone who works from home, Im here 24 hrs a day and want to be comfortable no matter the season. After some duct modifications and additional vents/returns being installed, Josh Cover finally solved my cooling problem. His knowledge of the system and understanding what tweaks needed to be made to the ducts and dampers were a life saver. I no longer dread summer and can now walk into any room in my house without having my body temperature rise. Should you request a tech and Josh is sent, just know hell keep plugging away at the issue until youre happy. True top notch service.

They were able to quickly diagnosis issues with my system and identify some significant cost saving ONLY Chill Brothers has access to. Doug was excellent in outlining all the options I had and recommending the best solutions for me and my family. Not once did my wife and I feel pressured into buying additional unneeded accessories. I was so impressed with the service I made sure Doug (Skateboarder and Snowboarder) left with one of my snowboards as a thank you for taking the time to help us! The installation went smooth and now our whole system is upgraded and working like it should!

Found them at Home Depot. Set up appointment for consultation and they worked around my schedule. Michael Stewart came out and did a space measurement and explained everything in detail. Very personable guy. Worked out the financials to exactly the way I wanted and could fit in our budget. He spent a couple hours with us and made sure we got what we needed and what we could afford. When I called back and needed questions answered he answered on the second ring and knew who I was and answered everything thing I needed and fix a couple issue that I forgot to address initially. Installation day came and they were awesome. 6 hours total time for 2 HVAC systems and I cannot even tell they were here except for the fact it is much cooler in our home. Lennox units inside and out and so quiet. So far impeccable sales, installation and instructions on how it all works.

Michael Stewart is a Comfort Advisor at the Chill Brothers and last night he called me to check up on a business issue. During the call he discovered that I had no AC, no power, my refrigerator leaked all over the floor and I lost all my food. Within a couple of hours he came to my house with a portable generator and portable AC unit; he and a neighbor hooked it up...to top it off, Michaels wife sent me cold water and a Dr. Pepper. These are the kind of people at the Chill Brothers!

I think youre going to want to talk to Doug.Regarding the Pre-Install: A very polite and organized man named Franco stopped in to take pre-installation measurements. He surveyed my old equipment in the attic and the exterior, while he graciously let me follow him around asking questions. It was clear that this wasnt his first rodeo, I asked his advice on a few details, and he generously shared his practical experience.
