    It is always good to talk to Jeromy. He came to the house to test our A/C system. His presence was to fulfill an obligation from an inspector’s requirement. Jeromy came did all the testing, held my hand and told me it was all going to work out. He has a calming tone telling me the numbers looked great across the board and we passed.

    UPDATED The team at A/C Guy ATX are professional and courteous and took the time to answer every question I had throughout the process from estimate to post installation.Anthony Tolleson and his father Jeromy spent the entire day carefully installing a new heat pump and were very careful not to scratch my floors, trim or roof.They seemed to listen to all my complaints about my previous system that failed after only 6 years and came up with a satisfying package complete with a custom made air filter that I could clean or replace without a hassle.And when the city inspector said he might have to fail the inspection because he wasn’t provided with a ladder, Anthony came right over with one and he PASSED 🙂.The new heat pump works at least three times better than the previous unit. I didn’t realize how bad the former system was until I turned on the new one. The Tolleson’s tuned the system for my needs and it heats and cools both stories almost equally and it’s quiet to boot.

    The AC Guy of ATX to the rescue! My 80’s y.o. Mom’s AC went out on Thursday evening. The rental property manager contacted AC Guy of ATX Friday morning & by Friday afternoon, Nathaniel was there evaluating then replacing a completely exploded capacitor. He explained everything he was doing & what to expect time-wise re: temperature recovery on a 100°+ August day. Great service!

    Given the incredibly hot summer Texas has had, our AC system couldn’t keep up. A family member had a great experience with the AC Guys so we called them. They showed up quickly, found a problem that another company completely missed, gave us a good repair quote and scheduled a time to come back with the needed parts. They returned on time, discovered the problem was worse than they thought. They made the repairs quickly at the agreed upon price even with the extra repairs. The biggest and best shock is OUR ELECTRICITY USE HAS DROPPED AND OUR HOUSE IS SO MUCH COOLER DUE TO THE REPAIRS. A great experience.

    Great service and better people. I first had a system installed at my ranch house and they conquered it and drive the distance to make it happen. When I was having heater problems at my house in Hutto, Texas before the first big freeze they made it out to me the same day. let me know the heater was toast. They then got me a new system for that home as well at an excellent price and installed it the next day. I recommended them to my sister and they took care of a recharge for her. First name I will give to anyone for their HVAC needs

    I had an amazing experience with this company. They went out of their way last minute to come save my family from our AC not working when it was 104°F+ outside. So thankful I called them! So many others didnt have availability for at least a week and they didnt either but squeezed me in. Replaced some parts and got it working within the hour 🙌 10/10 recommended.
