Our AC system died Sunday June 9, 2024. We contacted THC Mechanical, Blake Tremaine and he came immediately to check the system. He discovered the AC compressor had shorted.Within a couple hours he presented two proposals and we chose to have the entire system replaced.On Monday, June 20 by 5:00 pm Blakes crew had the old system out and the new system installed and working!What a great response and installation service THC Mechanical provided!If you need AC system service you could not find a better company to serve you!

Updated review: My office AC was not cooling in the morning. Frank was able to look at the unit with same day! Unit was low on gas and was recharged. Still had cooling issues in the morning and Blake took a second look. Bad wire for the thermostat. Office is ice cold blowing 57 degrees at the vent! Awesome customer service when they could have ignored my morning cooling issues as my office gets full sun in the morning (especially approaching fall). Reasonably priced for high quality work and diagnostics. Highly recommended! Love that they are local in HEB. Great job guys!Just had the rooftop unit at my office serviced by Frank. Excellent service, fair and reasonable pricing, and very knowledgeable. I like how they showed before and after pictures of the service. Much cleaner now! Looking forward to continued business with them via my service contract (reasonably priced as well!). Highly recommend Blake and Frank!

Blake and his team made our chiller issues a top priority. Even though it took a while to figure out what the issue was, they were at our apartments each day, many times late into the evening, until they had us up and running again. Blake kept me informed of what was going on and made sure to get needed approvals before purchasing expensive parts. Communication was great from the beginning, which I am grateful for!Update: We have been using THC Mechanical for about a year now. Blake and his team still make our chiller issues a top priority when they occur. What we were certain was going to be a costly system overhaul, THC was able to turn into a very affordable repair on our existing system.The customer service is top-notch and the conversation is better than a barbershop! The guys left a lasting impression on our kids, and for the first time in OVER A YEAR, we have a functional air conditioner... Blake is a professional and stand-up guy! Cannot be appreciative enough for the help he gave us today. Our electrical is a nightmare and lead to issues with our a.c.. Blake came out today and gave me some insight as to what was causing the issues, got me in contact with local tradesmen who could help us with our other issues and there was NO cumbersome sales pitch at any point. I inquired about the price for a full replacement, Blake figured the extremely reasonable price with rebates and told me when I was ready to do that he would love to help us out. He did all of this and refused to take any payment for the consultation.Blake is the last of a dieing breed of honest tradesmen, I would recommend him to anyone who so much as THINKS their system may need looked at.Thanks Blake!!

Amazing service, came to our rescue after 5pm when our AC decided to die in the middle of the summer.. Blake and his team were able to get us fixed and cooled off before bedtime... Very reasonable pricing and didn’t gouge us because it was an after business hours call. THC and their employees are honest and really care about their customers. They will always be #1 on our list for A/C and Heat checkups and repairs..

These guys are great. I had an ongoing leak in my line and they promptly came out drained the line with compressor and then gave me a list of options in the event that didnt work. They also evaluated what a warranty company had advised me and debunked most of the time and money wasting options that company provided. Once the problem returned several weeks later they were immediately available. Given the age of my system i opted for a new system. Blake Jake and team got me squared away and im very satisfied with the results.

We had what turned out to be a failed transformer in our furnace. We originally called another company who replaced the transformer but did so with one which was not specd properly AND within an hour we had another blown transformer PLUS we were out $1k. I wasnt calling the previous company again as they were a week out and offered no refund beyond a discount.Called THC who came out promptly the next morning arriving exactly when they said they would and calling ahead to let us know when they were en route. Within an hour, the service tech found a short that was causing the blown transformer, resolved it, replaced the transformer AND checked out our AC unit all for a better price than we paid for the other company to do half the work.. Extremely pleased with the outcome and I wont call anyone else in the future.
