    Terry really demonstrated his craftsmanship and performance on working on my A/C unit. He installed a soft start that will help my A/C run with my generator without taking such a hard hit on the compressor and that it will help the life expectancy of my A/C.During the Hurricane Beryl storm, Houston and the surrounding areas have taken much longer for everyone to get their power back on.I’ve been without power for 4 days and decided to install a transfer switch.Facebook marketplace is not the best solution to resolve problems but I was desperate and had the installation wrong the first time.Called a Licensed Electrician who had to fix the first guys mistakes.That was a kick to my butt and I deserved it.After fixing the Issue, Terry came back out once voltage was being received at the fuse near theA/C unit in a short period of time and was able to give me power to my whole house including the delicacy of Air Conditioning.Terry was called back out after hrs because I continued having problems with my own generator and came out to save my life again and left his personal generator for me to at least have A/C for my children. I continue not having power after 5 days from the centerpoint company not restoring it and I had to leave my children during the 3rd and 4th night with a friend and with my mom.I cannot express how thankful my wife and I are that I was able to have our kids sleeping in their rooms again. Hopefully we get power restored soon for everyone.I know this review has a bit more of my problem and I want to apologize I hope it helps everyone with who they choose to go above and beyond and that is “Texcellent heating & cooling LLC” company.Very much thank you’s to Terry and his team!

    We called them because of a loud noise outside. The technician was dispatched and arrived at our home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and then checked the entire system for free. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    We had a furnace installed by another company, but the work was sloppy and we started to have very high humidity levels in the house.I contacted Texcellent after being recommended by a neighbor. Terry was able to arrive that same day to diagnose the issue. Communication was clear and the required work was thoroughly explained. They came by the following workday to start.     Terry came out of his normal range the day we called on a Sunday afternoon. I called for my elderly parents who A/C wasn’t working on a day in Crosby, Texas it was 109 degrees outside.     Called due to AC not cooling suddenly and Terry showed in about 45 minutes and was able to diagnose my issue within 10-15 minutes. Gave me options and I decided on a new system. He was able to get the parts and have it installed In less than 24 hours from my initial call to him. While thats impressive, the best part of my experience was the fact that he does excellent quality of work and completed the new system adding all the bells and whistles it didnt have. Float switch...second switch...replaced all aged control wires, verified all electrical was sound....replaced all aged insulation on lines... added dampners because my original system didnt include....re-sealed all duct work....caulked the disconnect box and rain cover for the outside unit....cleaned everything...vacuumed the area he was walking through for the attic access....even replaced the light bulb in my attic with a very bright LED bulb! Top notch work and obviously is a craftsman in his trade that takes pride in doing things the right way.

    Just bought a house and was trying to move in but noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working. Tried to use the home warranty company and that was a joke. Was recommend this company by a friend and was not disappointed. Terry came out and pointed out all the issues from the installer. This was a brand new unit but obviously the company that put it didn’t know what they were doing. I wish I would’ve called Texcellent Heating & Cooling from the get go. Would’ve saved myself a lot of heartache. 10/10 would recommend.

    Very professional and helpful. Before we spoke with Terry we had already had two different companies come and try to identify the problem with our AC and they both told us the same thing which apparently was false because it never worked right after. Terry with Texcellent came and told us right off the bat what needed to be fixed and how he would fix it. Two day’s later came back and got to work! Quality of work was great he came in and got it done in good time and the best part about it is he did fix the problem and got us back up and running!     5 star service all around. Terry has such an analytical mind and anticipates issues before they occur. I had a commercial unit stop working on an 105 degree Texas summer day, so only one unit was cooling our 2200 sq feet dental office. He worked overtime to get the job done before start of business today.     Weve been having an ongoing issue with our AC unit to the point its caused numerous leaks through our ceiling thag required repair. Over the course of a few weeks we had three other HVAC companies out to attempt to re-diagnose and resolve our issue with no luck. Each had a different explanation and “fix” as to what was causing the issue. Eventually Terry from Texcellent was referred to us from a friend. He came out the same day we called and fixed the problem in a matter of a couple hours. He knew right away what was wrong and had it repaired very quickly.
