    Hands down, this was one of the best service experiences ever! I had a brief interaction the day before my service with an employee on a service call for my neighbor. The technician, Brycen, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and he suggested I call the next morning to schedule an appointment. When I called, Sarah was equally a pleasure to work with! She was very thorough in gathering my information, the issue at hand and providing information as to what to expect for the service call. Then believe it or not...3 for 3...Caleb arrived on time (actually earlier in the appointment window than expected) and was even more knowledgeable, professional, kind, polite and patient. He spoke to my husband so we could all stay on the same page and had everything up and running in no time. All at a very FAIR PRICE! I 100% recommend Texas Made for your AC needs!!

    Texas Made has been servicing my unit since 2015 and I have never had an issue. The tech are well educated from the owner and work for proper operation and not for sales alone. Caleb is a great tech and explains any problem as he goes. I recommend Caleb and Texas Made 1000%.

    I called at 8:30 on a Monday morning, James was there by 4 that afternoon, and the issue was fixed by 5 pm. A secondary, non-related issue occurred the next week. Again, James came out, diagnosed the new issue, and had a working fix same-day. A new part was ordered and the replacement was made later that week. I appreciate the automated texts to let me know that the tech is on the way, and I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. James was patient and kind with both children and dogs underfoot. I will continue to use Texas Made.

    Very happy with the service. James was thorough and very knowledgeable on my old system. He explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to get my AC cooling again.     What a great company. Beginning with Whitney in the office, an absolutely delightful lady. She arranged for the technician to come out between 3-5:00 the same afternoon I called. The techs, Caleb and his assistant, Ronnie, arrived at 4:15, and were able to fix the AC problem quickly. Everyone I dealt with at Texas Made was wonderful.     Caleb was my service tech and he did an amazing job. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving and fixed it in about 15-20 minutes. His conduct throughout the time was very professional as he explained everything he was doing and why with a very friendly attitude. I highly recommend this company for any of your ac or heating problems or just for yearly maintenance on your systems. I will definitely be using them for any future problems I may have.

    Such a wonderful experience during a stressful time. Started this whole process thinking bigger must be better. So had nationwide hvac contractor out of Ft Worth provide me with a bid. Air**. Wont state entire name. My experience with them was not good. Attempted to sell me much more than what was called for. Texas Made was friendly and personal. James was my first contact and he was courteous and thorough, I felt he was honest and informative. Bret Curry came out and performed an assessment of what my needs were for my living space. Called within minutes of leaving, informing me that he felt they could meet my needs within the budget that I needed. Bret is amazingly personable. Within days the crew were here to change out and install my new system. Jayden was very professional. He and his co-workers were so courteous and worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the day. I am so thankful and blessed that I found them. Oh, and that was because of someone who recommended them. I also would highly recommend this company. Bigger is most certainly not always better.

    Came out after hours. Ac just stopped working. Turned out to be someone mislabeled my breakers for my system. But they showed up on time and after normal hours.     Texas Made AC is the best HVAC company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I had them do a new system installation, which was beyond the normal tear out and replace, moved my outdoor unit to the opposite side of the house, moved the air handler to a different location in the attic, relocated ducting, change duct work sizes, and had them perform air balancing. The entire crew was professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The job went smooth, and they did all of this in one very long day in the June heat.The follow ups that Texas Made performs have been something that just proves they go above and beyond, every time James comes out, he checks the entire system for any problems and so far the system hasnt had any issues, even gives a performance report card with very detailed information about overall system health.I was very pleased with the service, expertise, and the time that was taken in educating me in my system options. Additional improvements were suggested to me that would increase my systems efficiency that no other contractor had suggested. My new system is quieter, much more efficient, and keeps my house temperatures within 1 degree across every room. My power bills in July, August, September, and October were between 500-800 KWH lower than in the previous two years, and this was with setting the temperature 3 to 4 degrees LOWER than before, thats saving roughly 50 dollars a month on power, and being more comfortable.Thank you again to Bret, James, and the rest of the guys at Texas Made AC. You guys are redefining what an honest, and dependable HVAC contractor should be.

    Our AC fan motor died on July 20th at 9 pm during a horrible heat wave. Bryson from Texas Made came out and replaced it working late into the night. So grateful for the prompt & caring service! Justin let us know about a new air purifier system that can be installed inside our current HVAC equipment.     Ryan was very helpful. We called about our HVAC not working. After trying to find an issue with the unit and not finding one, he helped us determine what route to go down next. Thanks to him we’re not calling to waste money with an appliance repair company to fix our dryer that also stopped working the same day our HVAC did. We have made a claim with our home warranty to determine underlying issues causing little to no voltage with our electrical. We will use Texas Made in the future and plan to sign up for their maintenance program.

    Robert and Paul came out to check our unit. The unit wasnt blowing any cold air and the capacitor needed to be replaced. Afterwards we discussed replacing the entire unit as well as insulation. Both men were extremely professional and relatable. Honest and upfront about the issues with what was necessary to be fixed but also, what made a big impact to me was that they also told me what was not necessary. Very honest and transparent.I highly recommend Texas Made to anyone with AC or heat issues.
