They have always taken excellent care of my a/c and heating needs. We have our systems serviced twice annually. I love that they communicate with me, letting me know when they will be there, and again calling when they are on the way. Every technician has been always been courteous and professional. I also love that they arent there to “sell” me something, and are upfront and honest with me! You can’t go wrong giving them a call!

We have used Texas Industrial for more than 5 years. I recommend them to all my friends. Their service is always exemplary from the first phone call, to the appointment scheduling, to the service technician ALWAYS arriving when they say they will. They evaluate and advise of repairs and handle the repairs as timely as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

Work was completed is good time by a very polite technician. Service did require a follow up where there was further explanation about system operation and to correct the issue causing service call. Company from the original installation made error in system drainage. Everything is working great.

Their technicians perform an outstanding job at a reasonable cost and if needed we can count on Eric Pace (owner) to provide us with budget costs for anticipated future repairs. Having managed commercial real estate for over 48 years and having delt with numerous HVAC contractors, I would definitely give TIAS a 5-star rating.

Today their technician arrived on time, was professional, wore booties over his shoes in the house andhe corrected a problem with a clogged drain pipe coming off the air conditioning system. He also informed me of any additional work that would cost more than the standard yearly maintenance fee. He was polite and did a thorough job. I am completely satisfied with Texas Industrial Air Services. They installed a new AC system at my townhome about 5 years ago and did a great job then as well!

They operate in a professional manner Eric knows how to overcome obstacles and fix the issues during there work. Texas industrial does good and clean work in like some others I will not name that Iv seen that work kinda 1/2 it and rig it to work but rigging unit to work never last in my experience and usually causes other issues. So it’s nice to see a company that takes the time to do the work properly. They will also replace out of date equipment so that the system runs and looks like it should and runs better

TIAS installed my AC/heating system in Aug 2016. Ive been very pleased with the installation and the trouble-free performance of the units. I have purchased yearly maintenance plans since the install, which provide an inspection of the heating system in the fall, and the AC system in the spring. The TIAS tech has been thorough and courtesy each visit. I highly recommend TIAS for AC/heating services.
