    I contacted Hussain for a second opinion to troubleshoot the heat furnace. First, he responded very promptly to my call and answered all questions I had. He squeezed his schedule to get to inspect the unit and figured out the exact defective parts needed to be replaced. He got all parts needed from different places of town due to supply limitations from different dealers and fixed the issue right the next day when outside temperature was low and heat was pretty much needed. Hussain is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. His overall prices were very reasonable - simply because he is able to diagnose the defective parts and repair them rather than doing the job with trial and error. I would definitely use his service again if I needed to, and highly recommend him.

    Texas Eagle is the best! I have an older HVAC unit that was working but would cut out sometimes after running all day without a break.I had 2 other people come out, they both spent 10 minutes and just said I should replace the whole system.Hussein spent 5 minutes, identified the issue (simple faulty ground!), and fixed it just faster than the others gave up.Couldn’t be happier!     Hussein came to our home today and showed up early! He was so professional and kind. He was very thorough in his evaluation and made sure he understood the issue before breaking every down where we understood what was wrong. He took it upon himself to check warranties and did everything within his power to make the process as comfortable for us as possible. I could not recommend this company more! With all the scam artists out there and people acting like they know what they’re doing just to make a dime - it was beyond refreshing to have someone come into your home that you can trust and make everything better!     We had a great experience with Texas Eagle. Our AC was not blowing cold air. Hussein diagnosed it as a leak in the condenser unit.He used two different instruments to detect the leak to be certain. He made sure we understood where the leak was and why it could not be soldered and a replacement was required. He explained why the compressor should also be replaced.The price he quoted was very reasonable for a Carrier unit. It was at least 30% lower than the next best quote we had.The installation was on time and swift. He made sure there were no more leaks after the installation and performed a series of diagnostic tests to make sure the new unit was performing optimally.Additionally, he fixed a big problem with our evaporator coil that would have cost us a lot in the near future if it was not fixed. He did not even charge us extra to fix this problem even though he spent 2-3 hours working on the fix.The best part about this experience with Texas Eagle and Hussein is that we just know we can trust the work. We feel grateful to have found an honest and competent company for our AC needs. After this experience, we are sure we will be calling Hussein at Texas Eagle whenever we have a problem with our AC in the future.

    Cannot recommend Texas Eagle highly enough. I had multiple HVAC companies come out and charge me evaluation fees and insist that I needed an entire new system when my outside unit stopped working.     Hussein really saved my family and I during the extreme heat of summer 2023 when temperatures hit 104°F. My wife and I had just moved into our new home, and unfortunately, the AC went out immediately. It was a Saturday, and the three other services I called for assistance didn’t even pick up the phone.I found Texas Eagle through Google and gave them a call. I explained the situation to Hussein, and despite his packed schedule, he promised to be at our house first thing in the morning.     I had a water leak from AC unit which led ceiling damage in one room. I contacted Texas eagle to assist me. Mr. Hussein repaired my ac in the attic (NO MORE LEAK) and also worked on outside unit.     I came across Texas Eagle by doing a local search for a technician when my AC went out. I called at the end of the day on Wednesday and they came out the following morning and assessed the issue. Justin was kind enough to walk me through all the options that were available to fix the issue and we ultimately went with replacing the furnace and thermostat instead of throwing money towards a temporary fix. We were able to finance and once the paper work was all said and done, the guys came back out on Monday and did the install. In between the time we signed the paperwork and the install, Hussain came and dropped off a mobile AC unit so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable in this heat! The air has been working great, the guys were super knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I can definitely wait to see them again (LOL) but I know if I need anything HVAC related, I trust them to come out and get the job done. Thanks again guys!

    During the winter freeze in Jan 2024, they came to inspect why my furnace blower was not turning on. After thorough inspection, it was determined that the power going to the blower was 40V instead of 120V. Later that same day, the furnace blower somehow turned on but quickly stopped a few minutes later. I called them in the evening and they took the time to speak to me and work through what the electrician suggested. He even offered tocome the following day to check and verify again.     Hussein is the BEST of the BEST. For starters if I didn’t have Hussein tell me about the warranty on my AC unit I would have ended up paying 10 times of what I paid.     I spent 2 weeks visiting family and probably some time during the second week, my AC, which was set to 80, stopped working and it was 93 degrees inside the house (one of those 106 degree days). Searched for 24 hour HVAC and Texas Eagle came up. Hussein answered the phone and was on a call about 15 minutes south of me. He said he would finish his call and be at my place in about an hour. I mentioned to him that pricing and honesty is of importance to me as a previous HVAC company about 4 years ago said I needed to replace my whole system when all the was the problem was a looses wire. Hussein assured me that he and his company wasnt like that. He arrived and quickly saw the capacitor was out. Replaced it quickly at a fair price (which included the service fee which he said he doesnt charge more for late night calls). He was pleasant and nice to work with.

    Ive been having problems with my ac unit for a while now, ranging from working non-stop for long hours, to leaks, to not cooling(and its not really hot yet) . I called a couple AC companies to get quotes of how much is gonna cost me to fix the whole unit, but I got very expensive quotes with things that I dont really need to add. Then a friend of mine recommended Mr. Hussein Alsafi (AC technician) from Texas Eagle AC and Heating and told me to call this tech and I wont regret it. I called Mr. Alsafi who responded immediately in a very professional helpful manner and we set an appointment in order to check the unit. After doing his tests and inspecting the the outside unit and the one in the attic we sat down to discussthe detailsand to put a work plan, Mr. Alsafi started to ask about the size of my house, the year of the build, what type of windows I have in the house, and what other issues Im concerned about other than cooling and heating, I explained that one of the rooms is not getting cold, although there cold air getting to it, and of course, the allergy is a big issue, and one last thing is my electricity bill. Mr. Alsafi gave me a quote and his work plan to fix all my AC issues with WAY LESS money than the other quotes I got before! And his work plan includes replacing the whole system with the right size 2 stages ac unit, and includes also another system that will take care of the allergy issues, and to rearrange the air distribution to the rooms in the whole house.After we discussed all the details, we came to the installation day. Mr. Alsafi gave me a reminding call one day before the installation day and next day a team of 5 AC technicians showed up at my house around 8:00 AM . They were very respectful and professional and immediately began moving furniture out of the way, and covered the floors, and within an hour! The old unit is gone and the new parts and the new system starts to show up. Mr. Alsafi was directing and supervising every step of the process while answering my questions. When they were done with the installation, they started the cleaning and put the furniture back to were they were before. Mr. Alsafi finalized the installation with performing the prusser test and the cooling test, the whole process took less than 5 hours! Mr Alsafi showed me the new system and parts he installed, then he gave a 10 year warranty for the parts and 2 years for the labor. I was very impressed for the level of service and professionalism that Mr. Hussein Alsafi and his team from TEXAS EAGLE AC AND HEATING provided. I want to thank Them for their hard work and Iwill recommend them to all my Friends and neighbors!

    We shopped around for ACs and we got the best quote from this company the most reasonable pricing and most professional quick and efficient service.     I had an AC problem last night and immediately started calling around trying to get someone to fix it. The first couple of calls wanted to add an afterhours charge which I wasnt happy about but was about to pay. I decided to check around and make a few more calls. My next call was fortunately to Texas Eagle. I asked about the afterhours charge and there wasnt one! About half an hour later the repairman was at my door! Turns out it was the owner, Hussain. He quickly found the problem; my fan motor was toast. Not only did he have a new one on his truck but replaced it in no time! I highly recommend Texas Eagle!Thanks again Hussain!

    Texas Eagle sent a team to my house less than 2 hours after my call, never had any faster service call from any other service providers.I’m a very hard customer to satisfy and I’ve been using there services since 2020, they never disappointed me or gave me anything to complain.They combined efficiency, affordability, and professionalism in one service provider.I replaced my heating Unit last year and my AC unit this week and in both times I got top shelf service with great prices compared to over 15 quotes I got from different service providers.They give you a detailed diagnosis, what needs to be done and what can wait, they never put me in the blind spot to take advantage.Great service, great communication, great prices.

    Update to a previous post. These guys are extremely dependable and really stand behind their work. The Owner was out that same day (Friday). The diagnosis, our 17-year-old unit had finally met its maker. The job required a brand-new unit which he was able to provide at an excellent, low margin cost that was installed the very next day (Saturday). It was only one night without AC but he dropped off a portable unit so our family could sleep comfortably. The service you get with an employee/veteran owned company will always surpass that of one of the many “corporate” outfits around Houston.

    I wish I can give more than 5 stars with no doubt to the greatest HVAC company. I had issue with my AC is not cooling I called two companies prior calling Texas Eagle and both of them said I have to spend over 3K to fixe it. Then I called Texas Eagle they sent technician Hussein he showed up on time and he explained to me what’s the problem and he said I can fix it for you today and the cost will be 450 dollars. I was like no way but yes he did it and he educated me about my system. I highly recommend them and for sure I will use them in future.

    Great service. They came on time and did exactly as they have promise on replacing the outdoor cooling unit. They actually went above and even promise to repair my indoor drain pan.
