These guys are great!! Great technicians. Professional. Efficient. They put in 2 new heat/AC units for us in 2022 ...plus 2 Ecobee thermostats which we love. . We had some issues last week with the heat. They were here quickly. Fixed the problem, AND they did the annual system check while they were here. Strongly recommend Texas Comfort Air.

Very happy! Our home is only 8 years old. So it was a surprise when the a/c went out. The original installers wanted close to $20k to replace the ENTIRE system. Mark came highly recommended and said all we needed was a new coil. We also opted to add a 4 inch filter. His price was reasonable, they ordered the parts and installed them 3 days later. The workers were respectful of our property, and did a clean installation in our tiny attic. So nice to find a professional company that wasnt trying to pressure me into buying more than I need.

Update 7/22/2022I had an issue last Sunday with my outdoor unit making a bad, loud noise. I turned it off for 30 minutes and the noise went away.I made an appointment anyway to get it checked.The appointment was made for today.Brandon checked the unit and inspected some components in the house.He was polite, professional and listened to my concerns.The office staff was polite and professional.Hopefully with the summer heat, all will go well from here on out.Be safeI had the spring checkup on my air conditioning system today.Office staff courteous and notified me the tech was running a little late, which I appreciated.Jason ,the tech, did a great job which included taking the shroud off from the outside unit and cleaning the coils.At this point I am very satisfied.

Excellent response time and they gave a clear explanation of the issue at hand and my options for replacement/repair. Would recommend to my friends... Had a second service call this August. Had an issue with the excessive heat causing problems with the efficiency of the unit. Technician was timely and did a thorough inspection of the unit and explained what he found to me. After a short tune up of the system, he was on his way and my house was cooling better. Being a member of their maintenance program simplifies keeping everything in great condition.

He went above and beyond and was confident in his work and diagnosis, and within 15 minutes of him leaving we have sweet sweet cool air being pumped through the house again, much to our pets relief as well.

We have a large home with 3 HVAC Systems. Weve owned the home about three years and we knew the two older units were on their last legs. The two older systems broke down and we called a competitor we had used before. They strongly recommended replacing both units. I felt I couldnt commit to that large of an expense with out a competitive quote. I called three other companies include Texas Comfort Air. They were the first to respond. They gave me a fair quote and substantial discount with a cash payment option. When there were equipment supply problems they worked rapidly to source comparable systems from a reputable manufacturer.Paul Somers was our representative and I can say enough good things about his communication and responsiveness. The installation crew was top notch as well. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

I was impressed by Texas Comfort Air, and I dont impress easily. My 15 year old AC had broken down for the last time, so i shopped around for several estimates. TCA was cheapest, but I liked their professionalism and response speed, so they did the install. Special kudos to their receptionist, she was in constant contact with me with updates on the service call. They found a different brand that was equal in value and warranty to the one quoted, which in itself is admirable with the industry shortages, and showed up the next day. The install looks like it was smooth; Im no expert, but it also looks very well installed. Time will tell on that part, I guess. I know Im comparing a modern system to a 15 year old one, but I am truly impressed by how well it cools in near 100 degree days. The install crew was knowledgeable, fast, and respectful of my house and inhabitants. The only con was that I didnt get a receipt for my payment until the following morning, which was a very minor ding. Overall, I would definitely call these guys again.

I was most pleased that the techs explained every aspect of replacing my entire unit. They told me the difference in unit brands and SEERs. They recommended a brand and SEER for my replacement; and it wasn’t the highest most expensive available. I was very skeptical at first. But as they progressed and kept me informed , I felt more confident. They were very honest with me. A couple of times parts didn’t arrive timely or got damaged in transport. They always kept me abreast and even compensated me for the inconvenience! What other company does that???? They always arrived at there scheduled time. A couple of times I was not home and they even waited for me to get there. Whenever I had questions about something about my new unit, they always responded, most times in person. I like that they are personable and hands on with their customer service. And the icing on the cake was the price! The price was very affordable for the level of professional installation and workmanship I received. I don’t recall how I found them, but me and my wallet are happy that we did! I highly recommend their services, especially the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We had a new AC/Heating system install by Texas Comfort Air. The team showed up when scheduled and was able to complete the installation quickly with no impact to our personal life.We were able to hear and feel the difference as soon as they left. We could hear our old system running but not the new one its very quiet and now our house stays a consistent temperature all year round. With our old system we were constantly adjusting the temperature to get the house to a comfortable setting but with the new one we set it with no additional adjustments.The thing I like the best about the company is we explained what we wanted from our AC/Heating system and they match a system that met all of our needs. We have never experienced that in prior units we had installed.I highly recommend them.

The technician(Martin)was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, engaging and efficient. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. I was shopping around for months trying to find someone to come fix my heater, and that didnt give me a run around about Diagnostics fee and would not be able to service it right away. When I called this company a lady answered and right away took down my appointment and got my repair info to be fixed THAT DAY. I mean like 2 hrs later a gentleman was knocking at my door with a truck full of tools and parts ready to get the job down. I was shocked! I had spent so many nights calling around for other companies to tell me they would send a guy with a clipboard to look at it and would get back to me in a week or so to let me know when they would schedule the repair. This company came out within 2 hrs of my phone call. Was very Professional letting me know what the problem was and had the part in his truck. he fixed the heater but also noticed that a piece of duct work had a hole and told us he would have to come back the next day with the ducting for the repair. that next morning the gentlemen came out and fix the repair and now our heater is blowing hotter then ever before and the repair was done less then 24 hrs of me calling. I would recommend this company to everyone.
