    Temperature Solutions has been the MOST wonderful A/C & Heating company we have ever used! We appreciate their honesty and the wonderful work replacing our unit and ductwork. I was very impressed with the quality of work in our attic!!! Zach answered all our concerns and questions and made sure we were taken care of.     I have been extremely pleased with Temperature Solutions for the past 6 years. In addition to regular HVAC check-ups, I have trusted them to replace my two AC units. Tyler does a great job of setting up appointments and communicating when Josh is on the way to my house. And Josh never fails to call to let me now his ETA and its always at the scheduled time.And recently, Josh went above and beyond. Since his last visit, I had a new roof put on my house and, when Josh pulled down the ladder to go into the attic, lots of dust and insulation fell out on the hallway below.     I worked with John and Tyler at temperature solutions. Both with were very nice to work with.John was the initial AC tech I worked with and I felt he was always upfront with the different options, and the pros and cons of each. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything.Ultimately, we ended up doing a full install with TS and the process was very smooth and I was highly satisfied with the process.     Very professional and helpful. Zach stayed on the line with a vendor to find out if our AC units were still under warranty- even though a different company said we were not covered any longer. Come to find out - we still were covered. I was thankful he went the extra mile to double check for us. Great crew of workers and picked up behind them. They even brought us a couple of window units to keep our main areas cool while we waited for the work to be done. We would recommend this company and use them again in a heart beat.

    We have been using Temperature Solutions of for a few years and their service is outstanding. They have replaced failed parts on our main AC system, installed a new split unit, and performed health checks of all our systems twice a year. All along the way they have been on time for appointments, upfront on pricing, and they always take the time to explain to us what we can do (and not do) to prolong the life of our equipment. I cant recommend these guys enough.

    I have to admit all the 5 star reviews made it seem to good to be true but I thought I would give them a try and see how it goes? Well let me start with saying I call at 4:00 pm on Monday afternoon and by 5:00 pm, yes 1 hour later my AC was working perfectly. So now I can see why this company has all the great reviews and here I am writing one of them!Great job guys keep up the great honest work, I will be calling and recommending y’all for all my future AC needs!

    We’ve had a wonderful experience using Temperature Solutions. They first serviced the AC unit at our home about 3 yrs ago. Service and pricing has always been fair. We eventually signed up for their maintenance program, which was great in terms of extending the life our very old AC and furnace. Recently had to bite the bullet and invest in a new system. We got several quotes. Top priority for us was customer service and using a local, reputable provider. Temperature Solutions quote was not the lowest , but still competitive and I felt we had built up a level of trust with them, which was important. The lower priced folks did not instill confidence in terms of customer service and reliability. Weeks Service Company was a close second, but their pricing was quite a bit higher. So we went with Temp Solutions for the new system and I’m very glad we did. They did a great job on the install. Very thorough and professional. A few weeks later the new unit began making odd noises, though. They promptly came out to investigate, and unfortunately it turned out to be a more complicated issue with how the new system was working with our old duct work (which we had not replaced). Long story short, they spent almost 2 days here troubleshooting and installing a new part to work better with our duct work. All at no extra expense to us. I had a significant amount of stress over it given how much we had just invested in the new system. But they were great… always emphasizing they were going to do whatever was necessary to make it right. And they did. System is now humming along just fine. And if you’re lucky enough to have John and Rodney as your primary techs, they are some of the nicest, hardest working people you will ever meet. But all of their techs who’ve been to our house the last few years have been great. This has been a very positive customer service experience for us, which seems to be more and more of rarity these days. I cannot recommend them enough.

    A Pleasure to do business with Temperature Solutions A/CAfter the recent hurricane I was in need of soft start devices for the two AC units at home to be able to start them using a backup generator. I called my current AC company and asked for a quote on devices and installation, the quote was excessively high.After a quick internet search I found Temperature Solutions A/C and called. Taylor answered and within minutes I had a very reasonable quote for devices and installation, less than half than than the other company. Devices were on back order but he promised to call as soon as available and after two weeks I was contacted to confirm I was ready to proceed with installation. I was given an appointment right away and Jason came to the house for installation, this was a straightforward installation as he is very knowledgeable and explained the process and what to expect after installation; he was very courteous as well and gave me the option to wait for invoicing and pay at a later time.Suffice to say that everything went well, no problems after installation. As soon as the current maintenance contract is over Ill switch to Temperature Solutions A/C to take care of the AC units.Highly recommend this company.

    I was looking to purchase a mini split AC unit and have it installed. A contact that I made about installation recommended Temperature Solutions to me. I contacted them and they agreed to send out a technician that afternoon. The tech arrived on time and assessed my situation. He sent me a quote shortly after he left my house. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain his solution.I called the next day and accepted their proposal. We set an installation time a week out. But, they said that if their schedule changed they might be able to install it sooner. The next day I got a call from them saying they could pull up my installation to that week.The electrician that I contracted with also adjusted his schedule to be here that same day. Everyone arrived on time that morning. All the technicians were very polite and took great care to cover up and protect everything in the installation location in my home.The entire process went smoothly and by that evening the unit was installed and was cooling. I expect that I will receive the same professional and prompt service from them, if any service issue arises.I would definitely recommend Temperature Solutions without reservation to anyone looking for an AC solution. They are a great company with which to work.

    Josh is a very courteous and thorough technician.He always explains in details if he finds any problems. He installed a soft start for our AC which allows us to run our 3.5 ton AC off our generator and it worked perfect during the hurricane. Josh goes above and beyond for his customers.     I highly recommend Temperature Solutions. Tyler handles coordination of quotes and work schedules, and is extremely responsive by phone, text, and email. I really like receiving texts letting me know when they are on their way to my house. Joshua and his team install and maintain the equipment. They take care in their work and did a great job of installing a new 4 ton Trane unit and an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier. They are consistently on time and prepared for the job.     When my AC broke I had another company send out 3 guys on different days, each time they performed an expensive service that did nothing to improve the cooling. About to lose my mind I called Temperature Solutions who sent out one extraordinarily good looking tech who fixed my cooling problem immediately. I’ll never call anyone else for AC repair.EDIT: A couple months later we got home to a hot house again. I called TS and the lady who answered the phone (wish I could recall her name now) told us that a lot of people had called from our neighborhood and she suspected we had a quick power blip that often caused compressors to mess up or run backwards. She suggested an easy fix that I could do at home and it worked! About 45 minutes later she called back on her own just to make sure it had worked for us. Outstanding customer service. Techs look like Adonis.

    We have had nothing but top notch service from Temperature Solutions! They installed a new full HVAC system for us last year including all new ductwork. We had them return this year to blow in more insulation in the attic, to get our home more in-line with today’s standard, and also to add a mini-split for the garage. We have also signed up for their seasonal service to maintain our units. The experience is what you expect from a family run business, very personable and professional from the time you talk to Tyler on the phone to the completion of the installation or service with Zach or Josh. They talk though the options and explain the massive amount of federal regulations placed on our HVAC equipment.     Update #2: Temperature Solutions installed two new outdoor units for us in 2024. They were quick and efficient, done in less than 4 hours. I was happy to see that the crew used a pop-up canopy to protect them from the possible rainy weather. That showed me that the company takes good care of their staff so they can take good care of us. We still highly recommend them for your heating/AC needs!Update: We continue to be happy with the Temperature Solutions team. We buy their service/maintenance agreement, and its great that it covers the spring and fall annual inspections. They also dont try to sell you services that you dont need.     So thankful for the team at Temperature Solutions! We had a new system (including all new ductwork) installed 5 years ago from another HVAC company in Friendswood. For the last 5 years since, we could NOT keep our house cool in the summer. Our system would run and run and not be able to keep the house under 80 degrees. We had the original installer out several times and were told things like you need to replace your filter....Finally, after years of frustration, we had Temperature Solutions come out. They were able to identify MULTIPLE installation defects that were all contributing to our problem. Todd & Josh spent several hours at our house going through their findings and discussing the most cost effective ways to correct the problems. Todd also made himself available for follow-up questions. When the technicians came out to do the job, they spent extra time on the job in order to ensure everything had been addressed.Great customer service from front office, management & technicians.     We called Temperature Solutions A/C on an emergency basis because we had a consistent leak from our residential HVAC unit that was beginning to spread to more than one area in our home, and our current AC company who wed had for years had not successfully fixed the problem after several attempts. Tracy answered Temperature Solutions phone, acted very professionally, was extremely compassionate, and was able to make me feel listened to which helped me feel trust in a plan forward. In a short period of time she was able to send Joshua Alred following his completion of another appointment he was currently on during my call. Joshua soon arrived and was quickly able to determine the problem and a solution. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and very efficient in solving our problem to stop the leak immediately. From first contact to solution of the problem it was a very positive and assuring situation.     John did a great job inspecting a house I purchased 7 months ago that had sat empty for 2 1/2 years! He went through the whole system and revealed a couple things that I had been doing that was not necessary (doubling up on filters / running unnecessary heppa system from previous owner). He also took photos and revealed a rodent issue in the attic that I will now be addressing.I am very happy with Temperature solutions and John’s professionalism!

    Temperature Solutions has been my HVAC service provider for over 10 years now and I couldnt be happier! They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, both in the office and in the field that I so much appreciate as this is definitely repair and service work I cant do myself. Tyler in the office is so professional, upbeat, communicative, and accessible! John, our field technician, is so incredibly patient and takes time to explain what hes doing and what he recommends. He is so friendly and never talks down or mansplains to me which again, I really appreciate! I believe their pricing is competitive in the industry, and that we are receiving high quality service and products. John recently installed a new A/C unit after helping us through the selection process (mid-range unit appropriate for our rental house needs). We also signed up for the maintenance plan which has been very useful in keeping us informed on the condition of our aging unit at our house, and what steps to take to prolong its life. I trust they will steer me in the right direction! I highly recommend them!

    I called Temperature Solutions after having another company come out. The first company left me with more questions than answers and a very high quote. I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did! Temperature Solutions were able to come out that day. The technician was wonderful and answered all of my questions. It ended up that there was a few things that I could do on my own to remedy my issues. It seems like they really care about helping their customers and not just overselling.     When my AC stopped working mid-summer, I called Temperature Solutions. They arrived the day I called and quickly assessed the issue and gave me written estimates for three solutions. They were quick to order the parts and get the new evaporator unit installed in my attic. Everybody I interfaced with from Temperature Solutions was great to work with. This is by far the best transaction I have ever had with an Air/Heating contractor. I highly recommend this company.

    Temperature Solutions has been a blessing. Theyre honest folks that know their stuff and wont push you into buying something you dont need. Definitely a diamond in the rough in Houston.They came out a few times in the brutal summer of 2023 to fix our ACs. Prior to calling Temperature Solutions, one of the huge HVAC companies in this area (they have billboards everywhere) told me we needed to replace one of our systems. Their explanation for what was wrong didnt quite feel right to me, plus the units were only 6 years old. Looking for a 2nd opinion, I decided to give Temperature Solutions a shot. Im so glad I did. Josh came out and gave everything a thorough look-over. Ultimately all that he found wrong was a leaking schrader valve; he just tightened that up and added a bit of refrigerant to the system. No issues since, it has been running great for nearly a year.Zach came out later in 2023 to help me figure out why one of our systems went out on thermal overload late at night. Once I told him that a storm had blown through and caused our power to flicker right around when the AC went out, he connected the dots and explained to me how brief power flickers can sometimes cause compressors to suddenly run in reverse, which quickly causes them to overheat and shut off to protect themselves. His explanation made sense given what we experienced. He recommended that we install Micro-Air soft starters on both of our systems, which not only help protect the compressors from power blips but also make it easier to run our ACs on backup generators if needed. Weve had no issues since.We also just had Temperature Solutions replace a whole-home dehumidifier. Zach and his crew did an awesome job, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work.Theyre not the cheapest, but theyre also not the most expensive. I think their prices are more than fair given the quality of their work. Ive had many other HVAC companies charge me similar rates for shoddy work that leaves our systems in worse shape than they were before.Anyway, Im so glad I found an HVAC company I can trust after years of disappointment with other companies.     I cant say enough about how wonderful Temperature Solutions is! This weekend, our AC went out on a Friday night. By Saturday morning at 9:30, we were up and running! All we needed was a small part. We feared someone would come out and immediately say we needed a new unit, but their tech, John, who came out was all about ways to save us money. The overtime rate was not crazy expensive, and we found all we needed was a small part that John had on his truck. We will not hesitate to call them first in the future.     We had a problem with our AC failing, and could not find a solution. My next-door neighbors were using them and referred Temperature Solutions as a service. They responded in a timely manner. The solution was complicated by an electrical problem (faulty circuit breaker) that was difficult to find. After four days of having a repeated failure, Temperature Solutions determined that it was an electrical panel issue that required assistance. Then the manager worked with me and did some rewiring on our breaker panel to allow our AC to run successfully. We have had great care from this company, above our expectations.

    I am so grateful that there is a company like Temperature Solutions. This is a family owned business that does great work, is honest, and very reasonable with their prices. I’ve been in my home for 3 years. As part of the purchase agreement, a one year home warranty was included. Temperature Solutions had already become our HVAC company. During their spring check up visit, a problem was discovered with the furnace that was going to require a repair, and a price was quoted. There was no pressure to do the repair during the visit. Afterward I remembered the Home Warranty. I called back and told Zach that we had this warranty and I wasn’t sure if I would use it or have them (Temp Solutions) do the repair. I was a little apprehensive to tell him that, but Zach couldn’t have been nicer about it. He told me he totally understood and whatever decision we made would be fine. He didn’t try to pressure me at all, which I very much appreciated. I ultimately decided to have them do it because I trusted them, and didn’t know what company the Home Warranty company would have sent. Since then, through twice yearly check ups, and a few other repairs, my trust in them has only grown.     UPDATE 6/13/2022Cant say enough good things about this company. We live an hour away from League City so used a local company recently. The system was very slow to cool down and we were uncomfortable. The technician from the local company came out, checked everything and said there was nothing wrong. So I called on Temperature Solutions and they sent a tech out that evening. He found and replaced a bad capacitor, ductwork that had been torn loose in the attic and other issues missed by the local tech. Before he left we were up and running and had cooled down, both in the house and under the collar!They are both competent and reasonably priced. And so quick to respond. They are very customer oriented, taking care to leave no dirt or footprints, cleaning up behind themselves. It was a pleasure dealing with them.     Temperature Solutions was the 5th a/c company we contacted. The first 3 told us that our not quite 10 year old unit couldnt be repaired and quoted on replacement units. Roughly $8,000 to $10,000. The 4th said it could be repaired and included 2 lbs. of freon at just under $300.00 a lb. $2400. Temperature Solutions quickly found and fixed the main problem, a worn out fan motor. Total cost $700.00 including fixing a couple minor problems. No additional freon was needed. I dont know if the other companies lie and cheat everyone or figure seniors are easy prey but dealing with them was an awful experience.     We called Temperature Solutions after dealing with two other AC repair companies. They responded promptly and diagnosed our problem. Josh was our service person and he was outstanding. We elected to replace the AC as a result of our unit being 9 years old (warranty is 10). Keep in mind the prior AC company told us it was not under warranty, which was false.     We are very satisfied with our new unit and duct work from Temperature Solutions. They were less expensive than a big chain, their quote was thorough, and the communication through the entire process was great. One of the big chain companies told us that they couldnt do anything about one of our air returns because of its location, but Temp Solutions came in and discovered that the return was completely blocked by insulation and fixed it on the spot which instantly improved temp through both stories of the house.
