This company is amazing!! We’ve had two issues with our AC over the past few years and both times Jason has been here within minutes and has fixed the problem promptly- he is very knowledgeable and explains what exactly is wrong so you know how to look out for problems in the future. I have used other ac companys in the past. Their work was never any good. After using THAQ I will never use another AC company. They explain what needs to be fixed. Warranty all their work. And are so professional. They are the most trustworthy company. Having them repair my air-conditioning unit makes me very comfortable and I know the job was done right.

Great service. Very attentive to needs before even trying to make the sale. Detailed oriented install and a need to get it right. Love our new A/C and will definitely use these guys again for future needs.Update: Even better service than I thought. There was a small issue that kept the new system running and Mike jumped right on it with a 15 min response time at 7:30PM. I was fully expecting a night without. These guys know how to treat a customer right.

I cannot thank THAQ heating and cooling for their wonderful service they have performed for me in the past. I ended up having a air conditioner problem and I called a different company to get the AC system repaired. That company ended up coming out and said that I needed the AC replaced and it was going to be over $14000. After they left I decided that I would get a second opinion on my air conditioner. I ended up calling THAQ heating and cooling and they had one of their service trucks come out. The technician was so kind and wonderful he ended up diagnosing my my whole AC system. In the end e said I just had a bad capacitor and ended up replacing that and the AC system fired up working great. I havent thought much about that until today when I was going through an old Box of receipts and its been 2 years since they repaired my air conditioner. I decided that I would leave them a review today. Its been 2 years and my AC system has just been phenomenal I just want to say thank you to THAQ for their wonderful service their honesty. I did stop by their offices earlier and dropped of a thank you gift because good, reliable, companys like them are hard to come by. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN. RICHARD REYES

Extremely Professional! Ac went out they were at the house in a very reasonable time. And scheduled install of new systems the next day. Less than I expected. Planned to take the day off to be home for the install. They were very fast and courteous of my kids running around. Ended up only taking a half a day and was great knowing everything was done right! But the incredibly knowledgeable Tech informed me it was a simple fix and all that was needed was a capacitor, and that the AC properly maintained would last for many years to come. Jason and his team are the best in the business. Since I moved into my home, which had some legacy issues that needed to be addressed, I’ve had multiple HVAC companies try to remedy our issues, including the major ones in town. I got the same canned, cookie cutter, and out of the box solutions from each and spent a significant amount only to be back at square one. Jason was horrified when I called him and told him the problem we were having with humidity upstairs and our inability to get consistent temperatures, and was even more horrified when he actually came and saw what previous contractors had attempted to do to resolve the issue. He made multiple visits to ensure he had the right solution designed for us, worked with our foam contractor who was there fix another contractors work, and righted each wrong committed by previous companies. THAQ offered us an intelligent approach to a unique problem and made sure that the solution that they proposed was fit for our specific home. Anyone can throw a unit in or fix a Freon leak, but handling each home individually given the circumstances presented to ensure a permanent solution is key. THAT is the difference between THAQ and the guys who advertise to the masses on TV. I’ll never use anyone else and that’s saying something for someone who is as meticulous and demanding of quality work as I am. THAQ did major work and were extremely fair with their price. Since the install, Jason, Gordon, and Charlie have been out to make sure everything has been working properly and have tweaked the system as necessary, which is not common in the service industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Thank God for these guys 🙏 This was the worst time ever for my AC to go out during this COVID-19 . A 90+ degrees day today , my house temp went from 74 to 80+ within an hour , getting warmer and it was almost 7pm 😳 ! I called other places, no answer or they would be here tomorrow !Jason and Mike were here within 30 min , trouble shot everything and had the part I needed right then and there to fix my AC problem 💪 .
