Our AC started acting up and I was worried because we were leaving for a trip soon and have cats. Lots of people recommended Hasan on Nextdoor so I gave him a call and he was at my house within an hour and a half the same day!! He helped me out even though mine is apparently a commercial unit and he doesnt typically work on those. Super friendly and honest and very ready to help! Ill always be calling him first from now on!!!!

I am incredibly impressed with Hasan who serviced my HVAC system. He is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Unlike other techs quickly jump into conclusion and tell you to replace this and that, Hasan was willing to take time to diagnose, rule out other issues, and find out what the real problem was. This really made me trust him and his work ethic. He was transparent and took the time to explain the issue, provided clear options for repair, and ensured everything was running perfectly before he left. I cannot thank Hasan enough to help fix the heating system in my house as it had been a real hassle for over a year. Multiple technicians came over to fix from time to time but none could resolve it completely before Hasan. His attention to detail and commitment to quality service really stood out. My heating unit went out the Saturday before Christmas and I had to get it repaired before the holidays. I reached out to two companies. One responded late and one never responded so I went to the Nextdoor app for recommendations. There were several recommendations but the one that stood out the most was Supreme AC and Heating because they spoke about the owner being upfront, honest, and thorough. I took a chance and called and spoke with the owner Hasan. I explained my issue and he was able to come out in less than four hours. He actually arrived earlier than expected, which was great. He explained everything to me along the way and made sure I understood along the way. He tested the heating and had me test it as well. He advised me that there wasn’t anything wrong with my furnace and the issue was minor. I only paid the diagnostic fee, which was a blessing. Hasan really is open, honest, and thorough, not to mention professional. Supreme AC and Heating is now my official HVAC company and I will use them for future maintenance to prevent my system from having issues every summer and winter. If you’re looking for a good company that won’t take advantage of you, look no further.

Mr Hasan is very professional, helpful and informative. For the last 2 days, my system was running nonstop all the time. It was not obeying the commands of both of my thermostats. I was freezing and couldn’t sleep. I was freaking out because the system could blow out for extensive running time and moreover my electric bill would be in the thousands . I called my technician but I had to wait for 2 days to show up. Luckily, I already had Hasan as a recommendation from Nextdoor. I called today 8/23 at 730 am, he responded right away and was at my house at 830, 30 minutes before appointment at 9. He is very cordial and personable.. Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the issue. The zoning computer board for the thermostats was broken but instead of replacing it for 1500 dollars, he recommended bypassing the board and keeping only one thermostat active while deactivating the other one. After doing some rewiring, Hasan solved the problem and system is working again with less than $100 cost. Fantastic experience! Highly recommend. Woke up to a hot house on Sunday morning- Hasan, the owner was here very shortly and fixing me up despite having his own small children at home on the weekend. My AC unit went out and we spent a hot night with fans trying to sleep and stay cool. Hasan with Supreme Ac & heating was recommended by friends. He worked us in for the day I called and he stayed in touch to update his arrival time and was here 20 minutes earlier than he thought. Awesome. He is young and energetic, explained and showed me everything he was checking and what needed to be done. He had the repairs completed in no time and then he washed dirt and dust off the ac coils to clean the unit before he left. I thought the service was extremely reasonable, and he did not try to sell me anything extra. He had the parts for my unit on his truck. Awesome. He even told me my ac units were quite a few years old, but they would last for awhile. Even more AWESOME. He did not try to make me believe that I had to do a costly whole AC replacement right now! I called Sunday morning and Mr. Hasan came out and spent over an hour trying to get it up and running but it was gone (only 5 years old). A/C unit broke down Labor Day weekend. Called Hasan with Supreme AC and heating based on good reviews for him I saw in my Next Door app. He was at my house in less than 1/2 hour. Very polite and efficient. Immediately was able to diagnose the problem as a bad capacitator. Did not have the right size but was able to rig up solution using 2 other sizes to get us through the weekend. While he was there he also checked my Freon levels and cleaned the exterior of the unit’s vents. No extra charge! He returned promptly on Tuesday with the right size capacitator. Extremely pleasant experience and will work with him in the future on all of my ac and heating needs.

We’re new to Texas, this humidity is something else. We noticed the humidity level in our house was reading 86%!!! The floors constantly felt sticky, wet & the air damp. We bought a dehumidifier on Amazon, which helped for a short time. Before we knew it, humidity was reading back in the 80s. Our friend referred Mr. Hassan to us. Despite a busy schedule Mr. Hassan was able to fit us in within a few days. When we first called he asked a few baseline questions, to rule out a few possibility. He had clear & consistent communication! When he arrived, he had our problem completely fixed. We can’t say enough good things about Mr. Hassan.
