    I contacted Summit Air/Humberto after being referred to him for my daughter/son in law’s ac issues…. His response was immediate and he was able to set up a same day appointment! Humberto was very professional and so thorough! He took pictures and videos throughout the process and explained EVERYTHING to me ensuring I understood all of the issues and remedies! He took the extra step to find out the warranty that was left and provided us PHENOMENAL pricing! After getting everything ordered and setting the appointment he was precisely on time!!! Everything was repaired, cleaned and again he explained the entire process! Folks… I can tell you… you very seldom find someone in this business who is not only professional, but has such attention to detail and strives both for excellence and superior customer service! While my daughter doesn’t want any more ac issues… lol… I DO know who to call next time!!!! Thank you so much!!!

    Humberto & Summit Air came highly recommended from multiple people in my neighborhood. Ive had varied less than stellar experiences with other companies & HVAC technicians & was very anxious about the experience especially because I would be reaching out to them post Beryl & the Houston power outage.Humberto & Summit Air EXCEEDED expectations right from the beginning! Not only did I receive a prompt return call, post reaching out to them via email. Humberto was in the home and solving our issue within two hours. Even though I was not in the home, he communicated very well, & provided pictures & video of the work he did & other areas that are of concern & could be addressed at a later time to prevent future issues & keep the unit running smoothly.There were no pressure tactics & I feel the price for work done is appropriate & very competitive. I think Humberto & Summit Air have earned a new customer today & I look forward to them working not just in my home, but some of the other properties I have. I also feel comfortable recommending them, just as my neighbors did for me.If youre looking for a legit HVAC technician & company, & need your unit fixed.     Excellent service and fairly priced. I had Humberto performed a seasonal maintenance check on our furnace system. He arrived at the promised appointment time, was incredibly thorough and took his time to do it right. He then sent me photos and videos of the tests he did, explained what he was doing and assessed the results. I was very impressed and highly recommend his services.

    I texted Humberto after business hours, not anticipating a call back until the next day. He immediately responded to my text and came out that evening to look at our AC. Humberto did a fabulous job in repairing our unit. He clearly communicated the problem, kept us updated on the status of the parts he ordered, and was prompt in arriving to complete the repair.     Humberto did an outstanding job! My AC went out in the late afternoon and when I alerted Humberto he arrived in 20 min. He was fast and efficient through the diagnosis of the failure. Humberto provided a price and time to execute the solution and was able to correct the issue effectively. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. In fact he already has since helped my brother with issues at his home and business. Great job Humberto!

    Humberto was highly recommended in our neighborhood. The day after the storm while on generator power, I noticed that one of our AC units was not working. I called Humberto late in the afternoon and he came out the very next morning to look at the problem. He did troubleshoot the problem and got our AC working. He also recommended soft starts for our units given that we have a generator and installed them swiftly and professionally a few days later. We have been very impressed and highly recommend his services.

    Humberto is amazing. He ensures that he wears foot protectors to keep dirt and debris out of your home. He was extremely thorough and even found where the home builder left the owners manual in the evaporator which explains poor air flow. His pricing is too low for the quality of work he does. Very thorough. Very courteous. Highly recommended!

Our AC broke down right during 4th of July weekend, and he not only fixed our unit in a prompt manner but was worried about us spending the night without cold air.     We found some water in our overflow pan and we emailed Humberto and he came over later the same day! He arrived when he said he would and was very professional and took the time needed to diagnose the problem. If you have a problem, you should definitely call him.

    Our AC of two units was not working properly. We got same day service that was professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. Humberto discovered issues left from our new build a few years ago we would have never known. He earned our trust and recommendation . Our house is much cooler.     We just had an issue with our AC running properly. So versus filing a claim with the home warranty and waiting them to get someone out to our house. I called Humberto last night after hearing about his quick response and positive reviews. He came out first thing this morning. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough.     My AC went out in the middle of the night and I woke up drenched. I have a home warranty policy but they take days to respond and days more to fix any issues. At my job I ran into Humberto and jokingly asked if he’s by chance want to drive out to Hockley and fix my AC. Without batting an eye he said sure give me the address. Humberto went out, diagnosed the problem, and had my AC running before I got home from work, BEFORE my home warranty company even returned my email. I will only use Summit Air from now on and you should too. In this Houston heat AC is an essential service and in my time of need Humberto went above and beyond expectation. I can’t thank you enough!

    REFRESHINGLY GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE.Reasonably priced, very professional, efficient and honest work. We highly recommend.🤓Mr. Humberto came into our dental clinic🦷 , that we had just moved into where we were having ac problems. We had already had someone else come in, checked ac unit, said it was an old unit and would try to find parts and we might need to replace the unit.😊Mr. Humberto came in and did some testing and diagnosing. He let us know that the system was way overdue for maintenance, and even let us know that we have a second unit we did not know existed. He than did needed maintenance, changed all filters and whatever other magic he may have performed. Everything is now working great. A life saver for sure considering this Houston heat🤠

    Our AC upstairs was not working and we realized it last night at 9pm and I sent Humberto an email and he responded immediately. Came out first thing this morning and got us all fixed up. He does not complicate or exaggerate problems, he is very respectful and hard-working, but above all he repairs the damage as soon as possible.
