We worked with Danny on our air conditioning during the below freezing weather. Not only did he temporarily fix what was a thermostat issue, he also called our Ecobee and inquired about our warranty. We are now getting our thermostat replaced from Ecobee for no cost. Really appreciate him taking the time to call for us! Excellent service, will definitely use him again.

When your HVAC goes out in the middle of August it is never a good thing. Sub Zero was able to come out quickly and address the problem and get us up and running in no time. They were professional and did a GREAT job! We would hope to not need help with our HVAC system again for a really long time, but if we do we would absolutely call them again.

We were referred to Sub Zero, by another trusted AC contractor that doesnt service our area. We are very happy with the outcome. Danny was prompt and offered us a good system to replace our current old AC unit. The installation was very smooth, he explained things as it progressed, and were now enjoying a much more comfortable house. Were looking forward to working with Danny in the future as our needs arise. I would highly recommend contacting Sub Zero for any AC needs.

My 16 year old ac that came with the house had stopped working and Danny came out to help under my fixd home warranty service. Danny was right on time (right at the start of the 2 hour window) and did an excellent job. I thought I was going to have to get a new unit but he fixed everything in under 2 hours. I genuinely wish I had called Sub zero (instead of metro energy) when I first moved into this house for a general check up. Metro didnt do anything wrong, Dannys service was just much better. I will be recommending Danny to my friends in the area.

Called a few places to try and get someone out to look at my A/C unit, a few didn’t have time for weeks, a few never answered or called back after several VMs.Danny answered the phone on the 2nd ring, had no issues with coming ASAP. Danny told me he would be at my house at 9am, he showed up at 8:58…that’s huge with me, punctuality and respect for peoples time is hard to find these days.All in all he got me up and running in a few hours and I’m back in a cool house!
