Patrick did a great job checking to make sure all the ventilation was back where it should be after having my roof done. I was alerted to a problem (see photo) after I called Frymire Plumbing for help with a frozen outdoor faucet (see photo). As a courtesy the plumbing technician offered to check my hot water heaters (another purchase from Frymire that Im pleased with). The plumber found the duct from one of the attic furnaces lying almost on the floor. All around great service is why I am very loyal to Frymire Home Services.

Cannot say enough about the experience we had recently with Brandon and Parker. They replaced the toilet and cleared the drains which was what we called in. After chatting with them they took a look at our water heaters and told us that our 2006 (yikes) water heater is basically a ticking time bomb. Quoted us on water heater replacements and gave us so much advice on other items that will eventually be an insurance claim. They even hooked us up with a water restoration company. We’ve used them in the past and had a great experience with JJ as well. This company will be our forever plumbers so long as we live at an address they can service. Class act employees and true professionals.

I called this company for a second opinion. Brandon Watts showed up and fixed the problem that another plumber told me they would have to tear out brick to repair. It took him less than five minutes and cost less than the first plumber who just diagnosed it incorrectly. I thought the last plumber was a man of integrity but after watching Brandon repair my faucet, my heart hurts that someone would take advantage of me in such a way. It’s possible he’s just incompetent but my contractor said he uses him all the time. 🥴 So far so great with F&S and Brandon is the best. He let me pick his brain about a few other issues and he’s coming back tomorrow to install a new water heater.

Man! Where to even begin! First and foremost Dustin did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism is absolutely out of this world. I first met Dustin when I was in the process of buying a home, he was so thorough during the inspection and found so many problems/potential problems (needing a new water heater, serious draining issues, AC condenser drain issues, and pipe route issues) it ended up saving me so much in the home buying process that I knew I had to use his services. Once I bought the home I did. It want anyone else but Dustin to do my work. Now that it is complete I couldn’t be any happier!

I called Strittmatter midmorning this Saturday when my water heater began leaking badly. Brandon returned my call within minutes and arrived 15 mins later. When it was decided I needed a new one he exlained availability, type and price with clear information about any problem that may be faced in enough space due to the newer heater s being larger. Here was able to locate just the right one and fit it in the very close space with not an inch to spare. He removed the old one, picked up the new one at their warehouse and had it installed, working and all traces cleaned up in 2hrs 20mins from the time I placed the call. Brandon went above and beyond taking care of everything and is very kind and caring I have been using Strittmatter for many years and am thankful for how they care for their customers and will continue to use and recommend them.

Had them come out to try to find/diagnose a hidden leak that my smart meter was detecting. An experienced plumber came and tried to find the leak but couldnt. The great news for me was that it didnt seem to be under the slab which was what I was most afraid of (they used their listening device and could not hear anything).They gave me an estimate for some work that needed to be done to continue to isolate the leak and add a pressure reducing valve. I would have totally used them but I found a small local plumbing business that also had good ratings and was significantly less expensive (and unfortunately my funds are limited), but I am leaving this 5 star review because the service I did receive was 5 star.Oh... and when I called them on the phone the phone connection was clear and the representative easily understandable, unlike some other places I call(ed) where it seems like they compress the audio to smithereens (cheap phone service?)... but I digress.

Plumber appeared within the hour of being called. I had 3 problems that were of concern though simple for this skilled operator. We were fixed in less than an hour. He left advice on how to handle a problem that was manageable to live with and a recommendation on how to proceed with it in the future, regarding an older outdated plumbing fixture that would be expensive to immediately replace but could be managed for a while as is. Pricing very reasonable.

Our water heater started leaking very hard. Searched google and called Strittmatter, they came to our house less than 2 hrs after we placed our call. They are able to replace our 75 gallon s water heater to 50 gallons (our request). They were very polite and did a good job. We were informed no weekend extra fee. It was a little pricy I feel but it is done and we are ready for going back to work on Monday.

I have had another great experience with Strittmatter Plumbing. Brett went above and beyond to repair an outside faucet pump that I use for my horse and finished the repair/replacement with a superior result. He also replaced a water recirculator for me as well. He thoroughly communicated his estimate, his approach to each part of the job, and explained what he accomplished in the end. He left my house and the outside space clean. I am another satisfied customer.

Had a main line clog…washer and sink were backing up. Have called smaller outfits in the past for the same problem. Nathan came out, on time (with an on the way text), listened to me, had a look at the job, and gave me an exact quote. He said it will be price A if he does X, and price B if he has to do more. To me, knowing the cost upfront, regardless of the price, is better than some random price for whatever service is performed, no matter how easy the job turns out to be. Strittmatter has been in business for a while because they charge a fee, and it’s honest and upfront. Of course they charge a fee to come to your house…that’s how business works. That should be expected; their time and fuel is not free. Can’t recommend them enough. I would imagine if you need any service they provide, you will get a fair and honest price, and the job will be done right.

Strittmatter recently repaired an AC Freon leak inside my home. It involved replacing the evaporator coil.I got multiple bids, and even got the chance to vet the companys qualifications before selecting them, by having them locate the leak that I already knew was there. Strittmatter wasnt the cheapest, but they were the ones able to most quickly and accurately locate the leak. They had the parts ordered the same day and available for install the next day. In this Texas summer heat - speed is essential for AC repairs.On the day of the install, they arrived on time. They were quick and precise about the work. Before I even talk about how amazing my technician was today, I just want to give an enormous shout out to the ENTIRE team at Strittmatter. When 99% of Denton was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, Strittmatter was still open and -- more importantly -- wanted to share the wealth. If people in the community purchased a gift certificate to a local business and sent them the receipt, then Strittmatter would purchase a gift certificate to match it (up to $50)! Which DOUBLES the sales of these small businesses that were closed AND is such a great way to encourage the community to go out and purchase gift certificates to keep those small businesses going in the first place.With a generous heart and a desire to give back that way, they have 100% earned my business for life.Okay now for my technician, Andy: he installed an air scrubber at my small business before we reopened (I want to keep our clients and staff safe, after all!) and even before masks were cool he wore one inside my building and respected the 6 distance we needed to keep in order to be safe. This was WAY before any of this was mandated, and he still understood the importance of it. I finally got another air scrubber installed in my home, and he once again wore a mask and shoe coverings, kept his distance, and stayed after to answer the questions I had about maintenance on this unit and the specifics of how it worked. We had a pipe burst in our bathroom during the Super Bowl and had about 3 inches of standing water throughout the house. Called Strittmatter Plumbing and they had JJ on site in 30 minutes. JJ assessed the issue and capped the line immediately so we were able to have water for the rest of the evening. He also recommended a great water mitigation company (Kat 3) and then came back the next day to finish final repairs.All in all a bad situation, but JJ and Strittmatters made the process a whole heck of a lot easier.
