I have used Steve’s for many years at our house in Irving, Tx. Steve and his team just today, finished replacing both furnaces in our attic. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with all aspects of this job. The guys completed the work in a day and a half. They did a great job putting down protection on the floors and other fragile items to guard against damage. They got the our ancient 25 year old units down our rickety attic ladder with no problems and quickly installed two new Goodman units. They reprogrammed our Nest thermostats to be compatible with the new hardware. Steve’s total price for the job was almost $1800 less than the other quote I’d received.Steve has previously installed two replacement outdoor Goodman compressor units for us in 2017. That job also was completed to my total satisfaction at a very reasonable price. We’ve used Steve for other HVAC jobs also, and each was fairly priced and expertly complete.Most importantly to me is the fact that Steve is a first class gentleman. He’s polite, fair and honest. He is a veteran and a patriotic citizen. To my point, about a week before last Christmas, I had Steve out to look at the (old) furnace which would not light off at the onset of our December cold snap. He drove all the way out to the house, hauled his gear up to the attic. In short order, he discovered a loose wire, which he corrected. I was pleased to have heat back, but more so, unbelievably in today’s world, Steve said “NO CHARGE and have a Merry Christmas!” Wow, I just don’t find that level of neighborly honesty and integrity in today’s world.If you are looking for an honest, reliable and fair contractor for your HVAC, look no further than Steve’s Mechanical. You won’t be disappointed.

My a.c. stopped due to bad wire outside to the thermostat. Steve did a great job reparing this. His price quoted was reasonable and was final price given upon completion of job. Will defenatly use his services again.

My house was freezing. All the other companies i called could not get to me for a couple of days. I called Steves Mechanical in the morning by the afternoon a new system was installed. Great price, nice people. Awesome service. Thanks!
