From the moment we contacted them, Art and his team demonstrated their depth of knowledge and dedication in their interactions with customers. We asked them to install a new conditioning system from the attic to a downstairs closet. It seemed like an impossible task, but Art and his dedicated installers tackled it with amazing determination.Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful, guiding us through every step and offering valuable insights. Their expertise was evident as Art meticulously planned and his team executed the relocation, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Despite the complexity of the job, they worked tirelessly to deliver results that far exceeded our expectations.The outcome was nothing short of amazing. While Art carefully listened to what my wife and I wanted to accomplish, one comment Art made stood out for us.     Arturo was quick and efficient. He was able to diagnose what the issue was and fix it right away. The professionalism was beyond what we expected. He even went as far as giving us a few tips and tricks to keep our AC units running well. I highly recommend Stellar Air and if you can request Arturo Id do it! I will most definitely be reaching back out to them in the future if needed.

    Best air service Ive come across. Ive had issues with my air for over 15 yrs and no one has been able to fix my issues. Several thousands of dollars later and I still ended up with water in my drain pan, in my unit, and all my electrical components wet. Arturo with Stellar Air came out and was very thorough with showing and explaining everything that was wrong. He actually had to re-engineer my whole house system to get it done right. The workers were polite and diligently worked hard in this Texas heat. They stay, no matter how late, to ensure that your needs are met. I cant wait to NOT have any more a/c issues for a lot of years to come. Dont hesitate to contact Stellar Air!!

    Weve been using Stellar Air for the last 4yrs and I would not consider using anyone else. They respond quickly to emergency calls, even after hours, and their work is second to none. Our service tech, Art, is extremely thorough and never tries to push any additional services. He lets us know what is available, but never tries to hard sell us. We couldnt be more pleased with Stellar Air and Art.

    Art was simply superb. Without him and Stellar Air we would have not been able to host our family for 4th of July. He went above and beyond, came in several times after hours (and I mean really after hours), fixed our problem and installed a new unit just in time for the 4th.     I had a great experience with Stellar Air. My AC Unit had a condensation issue. Art was able to visit the same day, identified the issue and provided a fix without any new parts. He provided informative steps to maintain the efficiency of the system. He also checked the entire system while providing guided feedback on how everything is working. The cost for the service was very reasonable. It is clear Stellar Air is more interested in building long term trustful relationships with clients instead of over-charging for short term profit. We plan on using them for our future servicing needs.

    Not just a great A.C technician, but great job of documenting issues and explaining the root causes. My unit was only 4 yrs old and now it performs better than the day it was installed.Had air flow issues and put in a new filter system, complete cleaning and added refrigerant.My home is very comfortable in +100 degree heat!!

    Arturo messaged me on fb 5 minutes after I made a post and then called me. I explained my issues and sent a couple photos and he told me a few things to check for and look at. He was very professional, so kind. He definitely found the issue and over the phone. You can tell he cares about the people in the community and wants to help. Very knowledgeable in his line of work! & he did not disappoint at all. I would highly recommend their services!

    Weve known Art for quite a while now, and hes helped to install our unit when we were in dire need of it. He was the only one who showed up at 10 p.m. and didnt leave until about midnight with the promise of a brand new unit, both inside and out. He was with us through the whole removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new one. He even followed up to make sure that everything was working as it needed to be. We are extremely satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Stellar Air to anyone who really needs topnotch service, especially in a pinch.

    I live in Fort Worth Tx and the winter weather has been the worst these past few days. My heating system stopped working last night and I called Stellar Air this morning but they were not able to send a tech out with the horrible driving conditions we are having . I was, however , able to speak with Arturo Littfack over the phone to troubleshoot the system and I am so thankful he was able to talk me thru fixing it . We have heat again! Arturo was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit helping access the problem quickly. I hope he will be able to physically help next time we need it!

    We were upgrading our thermostat to a smart thermostat and got lost in all the wiring. I made a post on my local towns Facebook page and Arturo jumped right in my inbox to help me out. Got all the wiring corrected and it still didnt come on so he walked me through how to check the fuse on tge inside unit. Thats was exactly the problem. He got us up and running remotely. I couldnt appreciate him enough as my husband was extremely frustrated. Thank you again Arturo! Highly recommend ♥

    I had the pleasure of being serviced by Arturo. I would like to see he has been the best hands down. He went above and beyond by inspection both my furance and AC unit. He advised me of everything that needed to be service and provided me photos of everything. They really saved me alot of money compared to the other companies around who I felt was unreasonable and overpriced for the parts and service...My air is not working perfectly fine even in my son room where it didnt blow at all before he adjusted my motor speed....Thank you guys so much I look foward to doing business with your company in the near future

    Although Stellar Air did not install our system, the owner, Arturo Littfack has serviced our A/C, heating unit as a Tech for several years. We are so pleased that he has his own HAVC business. Over the years we have dealt with many HAVC businesses and not all are trustworthy. The times Mr. Littfack has serviced our unit he has been thorough, cleans the work area and keeps it safe. He has given reliable “Home owner” advise on routine maintenance and care of our unit and signs of issues that need more advanced care other than routine care as any major appliance might require. He is reasonable in that if the unit or the issue is beyond repair, he will be upfront about the issues, if it can be repaired he can be trusted to replace or repair only what is necessary.Jim and Ruth BarnhartCanton, TX
