    We were noticing our AC not keeping up and called Stallons. Tech showed up when we were told they would and did a thorough inspection of our unit. He noticed that the coil was leaking Freon. Everything he showed me was correct and honest. He also informed me that the coil should be under warranty if we filled out the online registration when the unit was installed. It was and they ordered the new coil and installed it as soon as it came in. I’m always skeptical of AC companies, but not anymore. We will always use Stallone going forward. Everything they did was professional and above and beyond.

    Stallings came out the day I called needing repair had a failed motor and a failed board of some sort. They did a bypass so my air conditioner could work until they receive the parts within 48 hours. They were back at my house. Repaired my unit within 30 minutes and, everything was just wonderful. These guys are great.

    STALLONS AC did an amazing job replacing my old broken down air conditioner with a beautiful brand new one. They even replaced the platform the AC sits on!!     Stallons has been my go-to AC contractor for several years now. Most recently, I called in at 7pm for my unit not working. Galileo was at my home by 10:30am the next morning and quickly assessed our problem. We discussed several options and decided on a complete system replacement (it was long overdue). The crew showed up right on time as scheduled and had the work done before noon. Galileo walked me through all of the new installation as well as the warranties. I will continue to use Stallons for any AC needs and will gladly refer them as well!

    Thanks to Stallons AC our Fridgedaire home AC system installed by Stallons 16 years ago is still cooling this house wonderfully.     Stallons techs have saved us money by giving an honest 2nd opinion more than once! We were using a local company to do biannual maintenance, and they lied twice about systems needing to be replaced. Stallons came, took photographs each time, and explained why we were fine. They saved us thousands. When our 5 ton finally died, we got quotes from different places and went with Stallons.They always come when they say they will, they do an excellent job, they leave everything cleaned up, and they are highly professional.     The woman on the phone was great with scheduling my appointment and kept me updated when an appointment prior to mine took a little longer than planned. Clint and Noah came to the house to take a look at our leaking A/C unit. They were both very sweet and got the issue taken care of quickly. Clint showed me how to replace my air filters, something I appreciated greatly. I 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to use again in the future.

    It takes a truly exceptional in every way experience to get that 5th star from this guy. I could not be happier with the honest (emphasis), professional, and thorough service I received from Stallons. Galileo came to my home and provided a quote to replace my circa 1998 central HVAC system. Very quickly I could tell he wasnt trying to sell/ upsell me equipment, but to meet my needs while offering sage and honest professional advice. This was very refreshing in a sea of contractors that will placate and swindle you into things you dont need or want for the profit maximization factor. He was able to get me a quote later that same day with three upfront pricing (emphasis) options that were very competitive. They got me worked into the schedule just before the Texas furnace fires up, installed my new system, taking their time to check and recheck that everything was high functioning. Afterward they cleaned up the aftermath and left the attic space and compressor pad area, honestly, better than they found it. The system works fantastic. I have dealt with many many HVAC outfits in my life and let me tell ya what you will find in Stallons is a very rare breath of fresh air (pun intended) in the industry. Bravo Stallons. Never change.

    I can not say enough about the service Stallons AC provided me on the coldest streak in December when my system decided to fail. I needed a complete replacement inside and out. I called and and they were here the next day installing. The system was very reasonably priced. The 3 guys were very knowledgeable answering all my questions. They cleaned up and had me running by the afternoon. Payment was easy with a credit card. I upgraded the thermostat and have been very pleased with all their work. I highly recommend their services!

    Stallons Air Conditioning provided a well engineered system update in a very timely manner which was reasonably priced.In a time where construction is hot and supplies are scarce Stallons provided a system update on a 30 year system which produced a tremendous gain. Their team showed up and in eight hours did what I thought would take a week to complete. They updated our ventilation system and air-conditioners to a much more efficient standard with humidity regulation which allowed a lower thermostat setting with a much cooler lower cost result. They did this all in a very timely manner and based on the current marketplace were reasonably priced. I can highly recommend this company.

    This was the first time we’ve used Stallons since signing up for their seasonal maintenance program. It was fantastic because they called me to set up our appointment and I didn’t have to try to remember — I usually remember once the weather gets extreme! Then I received a reminder call about 30 minutes before the technicians arrived — they were prompt, fast, protected my floors from bringing in wet feet during a downpour, and even cleaned up after themselves which DOES NOT happen with all subs and techs we have out to the house. A quick credit card payment and they headed out — it couldn’t have been easier and more effortless on MY part. LOVE THEM!

    We have used Stallons the last two years which is now four years and still using Stallons since we bought our home in La Madera. They do my quarterly maintenance as well as replaced our Ac unit.     So very pleased with Stallons AC! We had our old AC go out during the 110-degree weeks this summer and they squeezed us in the next day and got a new unit installed. Everyone was so easy to work with and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact, I just had them go work on my mom’s unit and she was really happy with their work as well!

    Decided to hire this company because of other customers reviews. I am glad I did. They are very professional and provide excellent service. They were able to fit me in to their schedule very quickly and provided a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system.     Stallons AC was amazing and very efficient. They came out the very next day and found the issue with my outside unit. They explained everything to me then started working on the outside unit. They even got up in my hot attic to check the inside unit and flushed out all the lines and then made a easier connection for us to flush out the units if we needed too. Highly recommend them to anyone. Great company and great people.

    Wonderful customer service! And great work! We’ve had a long heatwave of over 100 degree temperatures lately. They were able to come by and service our struggling AC units swiftly.One thing I really liked, was that they called and asked what our situation was because there were other people who were completely without AC. We just needed a regular service. If I was one of those people without AC on a 105 degree day, I would be so grateful that Stallons goes out of their way to get to those who really need it first while still making sure they meet the needs of all of their customers. Pretty cool! I wish more companies were like this :)

    My AC stopped working on one of our hottest days this year. My house got up to 92. Everywhere I called was giving me 2-5 days until they could come out. When calling this place they squeezed me in that same day. They also gave me a time frame of 3-5 but showed up at 2:50. The tech was so nice, professional and so fast at fixing my AC. I was very impressed. Moving forward I will be using this company for all my AC needs.

    My son told me about this company and I’m so glad he did. The first company that I called was trying to convince me that I needed a new unit, or a new motor, or another intake cut into the house somewhere, etc., with a handy notebook with all the pricing and financing options available.     I’m really sad that we found this A/C service just as we are about to move 30-45 minutes away from where they are located. This family owned business is awesome in every way in the two times they have serviced our HVAC system. They communicate when they’re en route, the techs are always kind and efficient in their work, and most importantly - they don’t tell you that you need a bunch of unnecessary stuff to bulk up the bill - and to add, they’re extremely price friendly!First time the owner showed up to fix a bad capacitor. He was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Second time today, we had two young gentlemen come out to service our HVAC since we are moving and agreed to have the A/C in tip top shape for the buyer before we close next week. The home inspector noted a few things on the inspection report and the service techs did their due diligence to check “every nook and cranny” of our inside and outside unit to make sure it was good to go for the new owner. I was expecting a bill for like $500 at the end of all of it - but nope! It was a simple $125 for everything and they were in and out in less than an hour. Definitely use this company if you live on the west side of Fort Worth or in Parker county! Can y’all come service Burleson to where we are moving to?! LOL I don’t want to use anyone else!

    I begin by saying, this was a tough issue! We got off to a rough start, but after voicing my issue with the first tech, Stallon went above and beyond to help resolve the issue! It was a leaking vent, no one has been able to fix. It took two additional trips, but fingers crossed, I think it’s finally fixed! If not, we already have a few other solutions ready to go!     EDITED 8/18/19: We went high end on our 5 ton unit replacement. Stallons was the best deal due to rebates. This was a recent install, no word on how long we will go before repairs. Now retired Tom at Willow Park Air recommended Stallons & Tuffys. If willow park air did installations, we wouldve chosen them. Stallons &, tuffys fully respect tom at willow park air.     I called in at @2:00AM because our air went off and my wife has breathing problems!!Stallons called at @8:00AM and said they would be at our home within the next few hours.Noah showed at 10:20AM and did the repair within 30min. and had our air working immediately!!GREAT JOB!!
