Tech came out & replaced a bad furnace ignitor. He was friendly/knowledgeable and had my furnace heating normally in short order. The only negative I have is he did not send me a summary of what was done to fix my furnace although I did receive an email receipt for payment for repairing my furnace.Update Dec 20 2024: Todd at Spring Woodlands Air Technicians sent me the detailed invoice of the work performed. I am now satisfied for the great customer attention & service received.

I had two other companies that told me it would be $3200 to fix or $8,000 to replace. SWAT fix motor and fan for $706 and my a/c works great and it is 11 years old. It nice to find people who dont lie the other company told me it could not be fixed and needed replaced. I am beyond satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They arrived on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, and explained all my options clearly. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing. They offered a comprehensive quote that was transparent and free of hidden fees. Given the high quality of their work, I found their rates to be exceptionally reasonable.

(Spring Woodlands Air Technicians) to install a soft start on my a/c. They were the most responsive. Others didn’t know what I wanted, were too busy or didn’t want to help me. It was very frustrating. S.W.A.T. Answered my call right. They gave me a reasonable estimate and set an appointment as soon as I had the equipment. On the day of installation they called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. My technician, Sam, was polite, professional and went to work right away. Never had a go-to AC guy until my AC went out in 2019. I was referred by a coworker and Todd came out and fixed our system in a timely manner after setting an appointment. Since then, Ive called to have them service my system wether its maintenance, repair, or just a general check up. Theyve always been responsive to calls and will always call you back if theyre not able to answer. Appointments are easy to make and they are great at communicating when theyre coming. Todd and all his techs Ive met (Brandon, Sam, and Ramiro) have always transparent with the diagnosis, services, repairs, and charges they provide. They are always professional when they come, and easy to approach when you have questions, and give informative and direct answers. I get an invoice with a breakdown thats easy to read and understand each time after they are done. I’m so relieved I found this place so quickly! Our AC quit working yesterday, on Friday. I tried to use another company I’d had good experiences with before, but there is a heat wave so they were booked until Monday, which would have been agony in the meantime. One of my units (upstairs) was blowing warm air so I after performing the basic checks to the AC condenser (capacitor, contactor, cleaning,etc) the compressor was not starting up so I called S.W.A.T and talked to Todd and he sent one of his guys (Ramiro) to perform the inspection...after he finished he confirmed the bad news that I was expecting...the compressor is burned out...so after he gave me options I decided to replace the AC unit...the next day both Ramiro and Todd were at the house very early and replace the unit with a more efficient one. They did a very good job, they are very professional, detail oriented and straight forward in answering any question and the price its fair so I liked that aboutvthembabout them I dont need BS talking. I highly recommend S.W.A.T because they take care of business and they will not leave you in a bind.
