    Spring Branch AC came to our rescue to install a dryer in-line duct exhaust fan in our attic. We had removed the old one some time ago which was not a good thing to do and of course, it impacted the dryers ability to work well. Chris (owner) was quick to respond to our call, found the required unit and scheduled the installation quickly. The technician that came out was very professional, had many years experience with SB AC and got it done.They did have to return to tweak the installation with a unique problem with the sensitivity of the exhaust unit to detect the dryer was on and to start up and pull air through the dryer exhaust fan. The technician that did the initial installation came to do the adjustment. He was relentless in finding what was causing the unit to inadvertently turn off which was a blockage in the vent pipe. We were so appreciative of his focus on our satisfaction and ensuring that he did not leave until the problem was solved and the unit fully functional! Very grateful to be able to dry clothes without running them through multiple cycles to get them dry!The entire company is just as proactive and attentive as our technician. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, highly professional employees that know their stuff, and fair pricing. We highly recommend them!

    Lost my AC during Hurricane Beryl and got a few quotes and was impressed with the technician Marvin that came out. Decided based on him to give Spring Branch AC a try as he explained everything they would do and made me comfortable. Had a few conversations with the owner Chris and set up a time to install a complete HVAC system. Unfortunately I had to be out of town for work, but my teenage son was there during the install and everything worked out. Very professional crew and got the job done right. Highly recommend!!

    Hurricane Beryl nicely left a huge tree branch on both of my outside compressors. Spring Branch came out the very next day and gave an estimate and installed two units two days later. Not only thoroughly competent and quick, their technicians are very nice and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them!

    I called Spring Branch Air after my bathroom sink filled with water with no one using it. Chris knew exactly what the cause was and sent a technician out to clear the clog and then put in a better drain from the air conditioner overflow into the ground instead of draining into my sink. Who ever heard of such a thing? Obviously, it’s a cheaper way to build. Thank God, Chris knew what it was and fixed it right away. I now have peace of mind and am blessed to have Spring Branch Air as an honest providerPat S.

    Chris is wonderful. I came across the company through Google search and picked them because they were close by but I was so thankful for the service I received from start to finish. I called and Chris answered. I gave all my information and he mentioned it was busy today but he would do his best to get someone out to me today. This was fine with me and within less than an hour he called back and said he was heading out but he would stop by himself and take my call. He got to my house within 20 minutes and took only 3 mins to fix the problem. It was the circuit breaker that had flipped and he also explained how I would need to have the furnace replaced because when we use it again in winter the rust from the coils would leak CO² into our home. Chris was so wonderful he didnt even charge me for his time. I appreciate service like this especially in these times when its rough with money and everything going up in price. I appreciate that he made me feel comfortable and wasnt pushy about additional services. I will definitely call and recommend them to anyone who needs AC help in the future.

    We went by other reviews and glad we did.They are very friendly and professional, from the person that answered the phone to the technician that was sent. We needed a part that tech didnt have on his truck, so they sent another tech with the part. They were very reasonable with the price, and showed up at the estimated time, and called when they got here. Juan was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend and well definitely use again when needed.

    Spring Branch AC is wonderful! Our AC went out over night and it was hot out. We have a toddler at home , so we were worrisome of the rising temperature. I reached out around 5:30 am and they contacted me within the hour. I was overly impressed that they said they could come out around 9-9:30 am, but even more impressed when they showed up at 8:45 am. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had our AC up and running in no time. I so appreciate them helping us with such urgency and being so kind. I’ve already recommended them in my neighborhood group forum and will use them for any of our future heating and cooling needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

    The motor on our AC condenser had gone out and needed repair so I reached out Spring Branch AC about getting a warranty replacement. All they needed from me was some info about my motor so they could ensure they came prepared. The workers here are so respectful and do such a great job. They were also so kind to our very curious Rottweiler and let him follow them around the house as they worked.     Spring Brach came out to assess our system and found our supply plums needed to be replaced and our ducting needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Their quote was very reasonable for all the work. Once we approved the work, they were able to schedule for a next day start!!We received a call before they arrived, making us aware of this arrival time. They covered our floors to ensure they were not damaged and or became dirty. They made all needed repairs and did a phenomenal job cleaning the ducts. I was so worried about debris and or dust due to the cleaning, there was none! I was beyond impressed.I work in multi family and am always impressed with their work, pricing and quality of work completed!Thank you all!!

    Spring Branch AC was referred to me by a friend and I cannot say enough about these guys!!! My ac went out - inside temp was 92-94 degrees and outside was 106-108 degrees. I called knowing that they would be super busy in this heat, but they got me on the schedule and the owner came out the same day because all of his crew were out on other jobs!!! How cool is that!!! I won’t use anyone else. They are responsive, courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy!!! Every chance I get, I spread the word about Spring Branch AC!     We have had great experiences with Chris and his team. Chris and Erica both have been to our home for routine check-ups of our HVAC systems.     I thought that cleaning the air ducts was what was needed. The tech came, photographed the destruction that rodents had done to the ducts. Gave me a great quote. Another quick appointment was needed to inventory supplies needed to do the job. Install team came, removed old air ducts & replaced with new ones. My air works fantastic. They showed up on time. Did the job professionally. VERY pleased.
