We had three separate reputable companies come out to our home to evaluate ongoing issues with our system. Our experience with South Breeze was hands down a 5+ star rating as they were the most professional, honest and knowledgeable. My husband was traveling when our AC went out and without any monetary compensation or commitment to even purchase a part/unit from Colby, he installed a window unit so we could have cool air until a decision was made.I wish we hadn’t spent our time and money with any other company. If you’re looking for excellent service from a company that’s fair and goes above and beyond; South Breeze it is!

Colby showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was upfront and honest about the repairs that needed to be made, and the cost was very reasonable and less than we expected. He was friendly and respectful, and he wore a mask the entire time. I would highly recommend South Breeze!

Colby and Gentle Breeze did a total swap out for our AC and Heating units. Great price, professional service and very upfront and honest. We couldnt have been happier. Then, we had an unrelated issue with some old duct work and he came back and quickly fixed the issue in th simplest and cheapest way possible. We recommend South Breeze whole heartedly to anyone!

After Lightning struck my house and caused electrical problems to my a/c, South Breeze came quickly and got me working again. Colby is knowledgeable, professional with reasonable prices. I highly recommend Colby for anything HVAC. He has been so great to work with: professional, respectful, patient, and just an all-around great guy who knows what he is doing. Colby has serviced our system for 2 years and when we had a leak in our evaporator coil on one of the units, Colby was all over it and helped us get it fixed promptly for a very reasonable price so that our children would have AC in their rooms given the hot temps
