I am responding to the person who stated the sales counter people just kept saying things like, not all pipes fit together the same... They should have explained that the same size double wall vent from one manufacturer may not fit the double wall vent from another manufacturer. They probably differ because of patents and, lets face it, if you are forced to re-plumb the vent with another brand you have to replace everything and buy more stuff.Mixing different brands of vents complicates things if the repair results in carbon monoxide poisoning. Who would you sue? Especially when you have used two different products. (This probably wont happen)I dont feel these guys were total morons, they just didnt effectively explain possible manufacturer differences and the way they interlock.I do not work for Solar Supply and I have only spoken with them over the phone asking for Double wall pipe from a specific supplier. I was also not there to observe the conversation either.

These guys are the greatest they know their stuff. They treated Me well like I was the most important customer in the place. I highly recommend them to anyone needing H.V.A.C. products.
