We have hired smart tech 3 times now. We moved into our home a little over 2 yrs ago and right after moving in our compressor went out. He came out that day and had it fixed and replaced by the next day. I had called around checking prices and he was by far the most reasonable. Months later we had this green moldy water leaking from a drain outside tied to the AC - we called him again - he came out that day and fixed it for a very reasonable amount. This morning our compressor was froze up - we called smart tech and he told us to clean the filter and see if that helped - it didnt fix the problem - he came out looked at everything and had to clean the coil and do a few other things again for a reasonable amount- also he told me that the coil and blower and ducts are old and maybe in the winter we might want to look at replacing it but everything is good for now. ( vs him just trying to sell me something right now) We have him on speed dial and wouldnt consider calling anyone else because he is honest, has integrity is punctual his prices are fair and I feel like he is looking out for my best interest by fixing things that can be fixed vs just wanting to replace. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs AC repair

This is the best AC professional I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with this company for 3 years now.Very honest, will work till he gets the problem solved and won’t add additional work for himself.The best thing is really affordable prices.He will try to accommodate u especially in emergencies.He as well has relations with all warranty companies.I would definitely try him out and see for ur self.
